Met Kyle O’Neal on line thru Car Gurus. first deal didn’t work out. Months later another car came up. Made contact with him. Drove to the dealership. He had the car washed and cleaned ready to for a test drive. Issues came up with car. Kyle was very patient and attentive. Walked around the lot while the dealership tried to fix the issue. Found another car. Ended up getting that car not the one we came up to see!

I recently brought my 4 Runner in for a new timing belt and a few other things. A week later my air conditioning stopped working. I brought it in again and they told me a ground wire had come loose from the previous visit. There was no charge. Nick Carvalho was very helpful and let me know there were other services I may think about doing on the car. He also got me a loaner Tacoma, which I told him I may be interested in purchasing down the road. I loved the Tacoma. I also love how they wash your car after servicing. It was also nice to be remembered by Brent for my previous service.
