Nicson was wonderful to work with and I give him 5 stars! The financial guy- not so much. Tried to pressure me and guilt trip me into a warranty package that I repeatedly said I wasn’t interested in. Said it was a ding against him if I didn’t get it. Looked up a car I had purchased back in 2019 and said I had the package with that one when I know for a fact I didn’t. I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked into the dealership and said I didn’t want any extras. Nicson honored that, the financial man did not.

The first two people we met were friendly and ready to help us. We had a very successful buying experience with Amanda Bosarge. We would definitely ask for her again or call her with questions. Finance went well. The young woman there was quick and was offended by being interrupted at one point and refused to go back to correct a part of the process.

Purchased a 2024 Tacoma from Travis Corley and had a great purchasing experience. He was very patient and not pushy. Will be going back in the near future for new SUV for wife. I have and many Tacoma's over the years and was skeptical buying the new model Tacoma but let me say I think it's the best Tacoma yet! The ride,power and comfort are excellent and I have zero buyers remorse. Always trusted Toyota.
