First of all THANK YOU for taking the time to get to know us. My name is Nathan Craig I am the Owner/President and our history is a local one. We are a family owned and operated independant auto dealer who specializes in bringing the highest VALUE to our clients as well as to our network of highline import domestic and wholesale dealerships in the Puget Sound area since 2004. I have personally been apart of the automotive industry in Western Washington since 1995. I started washing cars as a young teenager working my way up from the bottom with a goal of doing business differently.

Purchased a 2015 Audi from this dealership and unfortunately within 3 months, it has broken down. Car shook on the freeway and had to be towed off the side of the road in January & hasn’t been driven since. Initially the process was good, had a nice helpful salesman. Felt like we were being served with integrity. However, now I feel like I know why this particular car was pushed. When the car was bought, a copy of the work done on the car (by their own mechanic) showed as if the car was in good shape considering its age. Repairs were even done at their mechanic when issues were beginning to be noticed and the car still had issues after they completed their work. Having other mechanics look under the hood, they found burnt parts and makeshift parts. Putting hundreds of additional money into the car and it’s still not drivable is so disappointing. Who would’ve know that within 3 months the car wouldn’t work yet still have a car loan? Also want to add that my license plate fee return checked initially bounced when I deposited it and my bank said that it was an issue with the check issuers funds. After about 1 month, that was remedied and I’m grateful hence the 1 star.

Wonderful experience with this crew. Frendly service, Followed through on promises quickly. Love the vehicle we puchased. Only complaint I have was they were out of Sweet N Low for the free coffee. Grate job to all of them.

I should have checked review before purchasing. Bought a 2018 Ford Fusion Energi, good price, but less than a month into owning, check engine light is on, goes off, comes on, runs rough. I contact Sunset Auto saying I want my money back, they send it to the shop S7 auto, and they claim no error messages. I take it back, and more error messages pop up in January less than 2 months after buying. They say they'll swap out a vehicle. That is NOT what they meant. They proceed to only offer me half of what I paid and to upsell me to a more expensive car, financing of 10% and I would owe them 12K! Claimed everyone was new in the last two months so they don't know anything about the sale of the car to me, until I demand their business manager. He claims he will try to send the car to Ford to get it fixed. I do not have any hope after my exchange with them over the "swap" that this will be resolved.

Awesome customer service. Nobody here is pushy or uses any shady sales tactics. They are very upfront and happy to work with you to find you a deal that works.
