Looking for a reliable used car, and the reviews for this dealership were excellent. The reviews were right on the money. I was impressed with the professional attitude of their staff. I was given all the time I needed to evaluate the car I selected, and was shown the current detailed inspection results of the vehicle, and actually sat down with the technician who did the work. I eventually purchased the car with the help of Kevin Parker, a class act sales rep. Would not hesitate to buy from Thompson Toyota again.

We had the best car buying experience at Thompson. They are extremely service and customer oriented. We first visited another dealer much closer to us (they are literally down the street) but we were not entirely happy with the price and experience. After reading the positive reviews about Thompson, we got an online quote and interacted with Sherah on the phone. She was very helpful and was understanding of our busy schedule. When we went in to look at the car and talk more seriously we were so lucky to get John Kelley as our sales consultant. John is so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. It was such a pleasant experience to work with him. We definitely plan on recommending Thompson and John Kelley to all of our friends and family. I would say without hesitation that Thompson goes above and beyond to make sure that their customers are happy. If you want a dealer who cares about the customer then Thompson is the dealer for you and John Kelley is top notch in our book. I needed to get a vehicle that would perform better on sand. I spoke with Kevin and understood what I needed and my price range. He stayed within those parameters and pointed me to vehicles that fit my need. I ended doing better than I expected and got exactly what I needed. No hassle, no hardsell, a very satisfying experience.

After traveling almost 2 hours to come look at a Used Mazda3 they had advertised in autotrader.com Walter helped us so much to make sure the car was everything I had expected. Really, we consider ourselves members of Thompson's family. It's worth the distance from Norristown to visit one's family!!!
