Excellent Service For Over Twenty Years

We have serviced at Thompson Toyota for over twenty years, and have never been disappointed. Our service writer is professional and knowledgeable, and our cars are always ready when promised. During our last visit our service writer informed us of a recall item that had not yet been announced to affected Toyota owners. His team corrected the item on the spot, eliminating a return visit.

Absolutely the best customer service!

Upon arrival for my Prius, I tell them I need to be in and out in 60 minutes which they promise. I have my own Silver team to watch over me and my car, they suggested one additional 55,000 mile service and said it too would be done in the one hour time frame, which it was and kept me informed as it progressed. All this in the comfort of a very pleasant waiting room with brewed coffee, tea, fresh cookies, computers with WiFi, separate play room for children and also for television. Polite and always courteous with valet drop-off and delivery of my car!

Thompson Toyota Service

I brought my new Prius in for routine maint- enance. I was impressed by the organization of the service center. Since I had an appointment, I just have to give my name and turn in the keys at the service desk. I waited in the waiting area for approximately 1/2 hour at which time I was called, asked if I wanted to make an appointment for the 5,000 mile check, and sent on my way - a very efficient operation.

Service/Repair

I have been a customer of Thompson Toyota since 1984. I remember my first visit well. I purchased a 1984 Toyota Corona and the dealship was closing and I had not signed all the necessary paper work. I was allowed to take the car home and return the next day (which was a Saturday) to complete the paper work. With that gesture, they had me for life. My daughter has purchased three cars, a good friend has purchased two and two former co-worker has purchased cars based on my recommendation. Thompson excels in customer service. Dallas of the Blue Team always greets me by name and I am always pleased with the repairs done. The waiting room is bright, clean and comfortable. I live in Plymouth Meeting, PA and there are closer Toyota dealership than Thompson but I pass them by and drive to Thompson.

A repeat customer

I have had my vehicles serviced with the Thompson group since I moved to the area in 2006, first at the Lexus dealership, and then at the Thompson Dealership. We have 3 Toyotas, all get their regular service at Thompson Toyota, the newest one was also purchased at Thompson. I can't think of a better endorsement than to note that we keep going back!
