Wonderful experience

I fell into a trap if you're going to buy from this place make sure to have your mechanic look it over it'll be worth whatever you pay the mechanic I ended up driving out with a piece of junk. Just don't do it.

Walked in and was Greeted by Don Spechts. We worked with Don and Maria Aguilar (General Manager) through the whole process. They are a great team and get the job done. From needed paperwork to financing to the smallest details was done in a very professional and organized manner. They have years of experience,know the business very well and have a great number of lenders that they work with to get you approved. Their selection of cars are nice newer models with plenty of inventory to choose from. Don also went above to get me more for my trade in. Very Happy
A week before I had a horrible experience in trying to buy a used car. Salesperson knew that I had no credit and He still told Me that it wasn't a problem I had chosen a car and they were getting it ready to fill it with a little gas and everything but at the very last minute they decided not to. They had Me at runarounds made Me loose a day of work. I was so upset . A friend told Me about Durrett told me to talk to them and explain my situation and that they would do everything possible to help ME out. I was mortified in going. But I still went. The Durrett Family were so Nice to Me and My Husband. Especially Don Specths he made us feel like we had known each other for a while. When He told Me Congratulations You just bought yourself a car. I was like Huh???? he laughed and said your not happy??? You just bought yourself a car. I was so in shock that they were able to help Me out and Drive off with my new car. Don handed Me my keys and I still couldn't believe it. lol... It goes to show that their are still wonderful People like The Durrett Family who are willing to help out a person with no credit so they can establish credit. I don't understand how there is places that want to sale but yet don't take the time to give a lending hand to help establish credit to a person that doesn't have no credit what so ever. THANK YOU SO MUCH DURRETT MOTOR COMPANY FOR MAKING MY EXPIRIENCE IN PURCHASING A VEHICLE EASY AND COMFORTABLE........

Drove 4hours to houston and drove 4hours back home with the car i wanted. did i mention i drove with Terrible credit. Had to give a little ($) to get a little. I GOT A LOT. Thanks Charles, Roy and the pretty lady.

Find Al Wallace, he wont SELL you a vehicle, he FINDS one that suit both your needs and your budget. Maria makes it happen. The dealership is presentable, it looks family friendly. The staff looks you in the eye and greet you nicely and firmly shakes your hand. You will feel warm and at ease. The negotiation process is a little outdated. The salesperson goes back an forth to the manager till get into comfort level agreed upon by both parties. That for me is a little old. Adapting to a faster, more efficient way of negotiating to keep up with the times might help even more. But in the end, I bought the truck and we are happy. Check them out, it might save you some time looking for a perfect vehicle. As for me, I will be back for my kids car soon.
