Friendly and great sale

A pleasant used-car buying experience

We just purchased a used car for our daughter - after some research decided on a used Fusion. When we arrived at Rodman Ford we were greeted by Demetri. He was easy to work with, understood our needs, showed us our options, and made the whole experience pleasant.

December Transit Purchase

On December 12 I came to terms that I finally needed to upgrade from a Jeep Patriot to a Ford Transit for work. I train dogs and needed more cargo space for kennels and equipment, the Jeep just wasn't cutting it. I shopped around online and got a few quotes for exactly what I needed, and went to Rodman with a number in my head that I knew I could get at a dealer further away. Demetri Dababna sat down with me right away and was more than helpful. He got all the info he needed from me, had my Jeep looked at for a trade in, and asked for the price I had in my mind. I told him what I could get at a different dealer, and he came back in minutes and had done a little better, so I happily agreed. Throughout the whole process, Demetri and other staff members have been very helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to do business with. Not even a week later I am still in touch with work that needs to be added to my van, and they are still as helpful and friendly as they were before I had actually purchased the vehicle. Other dealers I have gone through in the past blow you off after they make the sale because their pockets have already been filled. My experience at Rodman Ford in Foxboro has been the complete opposite. I highly recommend this dealership, especially if other sales staff are as helpful as Demetri. As for the Transit van itself, I am 100% satisfied with my purchase. For anyone who uses a cargo van for work right now, I highly recommend you head down and upgrade to the new Transit before you lose more value on your existing vehicle. It rides 150% better than other vans I have used and is great for gas considering its size. Easily getting over 20 mpg on average.

Stress Free Buying

I have owned eight Fords and have always been drawn to the brand. We owned a 04 Sport Trac, which we had had from new, and an 07 Explorer, which we purchased a year ago. We loved both vehicles but decided, ahead of a move to Florida, that we only need one SUV/Truck type vehicle. A recent Popular Mechanic wrote an excellent review on the Ford Flex, so we decided to try and find a reasonably priced 2014 model online. Rodman Ford had exactly the model and color we were looking for, at an excellent price. Their internet sales desk was helpful and confirmed the vehicle was still available, so we arranged to test drive the Flex the next day. They also confirmed they would take both of our vehicles in part exchange. At the dealership we were helped by Caitlin. She is young but she is without doubt the best car salesperson we have ever dealt with. She is helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and not in the slightest bit pushy. She got the sale without ever making us feel manipulated or coerced. The finance guy did push a service plan but was also very courtesy and not at all pushy. We got a fair price for our two vehicles and the entire experience was refreshing, enjoyable and successful. We would strongly recommend Rodman Ford in general, and Caitlin in particular. Incidentally we love our Flex.

Great Experience!

I purchased a used 2013 f150 at Rodman ford.Jim Laferrier was my sales consultant.Jim did a great job,he worked to get me a great deal.Jim is a low pressure guy who works hard to make sure that the process of buying a vehicle is as painless as possible.Jim made a follow up call to make sure that I was happy with my truck.

Great deal!!!

My salesman John Kourafas worked very hard to get me in another vehicle when my original deal fell through. He got me into a nicer truck at the payment that I wanted!!
