No Pressure Friendly Professionalism

We recently visited Rodman Ford to shop for a new Ford F-150. We have purchased many new vehicles in the past but our recent experience at Rodman exceeded our expectations. We were met by our salesperson, Diane and found her friendly professionalism refreshing as she guided us through the sales process in a persistent friendly manner. We never felt pressured to buy as she answered our questions and worked on our behalf to meet our pricing goals. In the end she earned our respect and our business. Our decision to buy was a comfortable and easy decision and we give Rodman Ford our highest recommendation.

Bought a car at Rodman

No troubles or worries when shopping at Rodman. I bought a used Hyndai and they treated me like royalty. My sales rep, Jeff Knochin, was a very knowledgable and down to earth guy. No pressure. Told him what I wanted and how much I could spend, and he delivered exactly what I was looking for. Thanks Jeff. All my friends and family now know who to go to when they're buying their next car

So far so good

My sales person Demetri-was very pleasant to deal with.I work in retail and I can say he has excellent customer service skills.I was very pleased with my experience which has not been the case with other dealerships.

Rodman Ford

Demetri Dababna was my sales rep and was outstanding to work with. He was professional, fair and truly cares about the customer's needs. He went out of the way to assist me, answered all my questions and made the process of buying a car smooth and uncomplicated. He always had a smile on his face! I would highly recommend him and Rodman Ford to anyone looking to buy a car.

Shady Sales Manager

I drove to Rodman Ford to look at a used 2013 Fusion I had seen online. I worked with Diane, who was friendly and helpful. The problems started with the car itself. It was priced $800 above Blue Book value, even though the car was covered in scratches and scuffs. The paint on my 17 year old Toyota was in better shape. I brought this up as a bargaining point, only to be told their used car prices were "pre-negotiated". At this point, the shady sales manager came into the picture. After some back and forth, he agreed to discount the car $500 and ran me some payments. But the numbers didn't add up. You see, I had told Mr. Shady Sales Manager (whose name I do not recall) that my bank had pre-approved me for 4.5% interest. He "accidentally" ran my payments at 5.9% interest to try and make back the discount he had given me with an inflated interest rate. When I pointed this out, They tried to claim the interest had "auto-populated" a higher rate. At this point things started to unravel, and after a few more minutes of back and forth I left. Like I said, Diane was friendly and easy to work with. But her sales manager's dishonesty cost them a sale, and any future business from my friends and family.

People make the difference at Rodman Ford

My wife and I had purchased a vehicle at Rodman Ford in the past. It was such a wonderful experience that when we received a phone call from Ms. Diane Carter asking us if we might be interested in trading in our Ford Escape for another vehicle, we thought we would listen to what they had to say. After discussing our options with Ms. Carter and Mr. Vinny Celeste, we made the decision to make a trade for a newer vehicle. Rodman Ford should be VERY pleased to have such a talented and committed sales team. They kept us informed through the entire process to make this decision an easy one for us to make. When talking to Ms. Carter and Mr. Celeste you get the feeling your talking to REAL people who have an interest in YOU and are vested in what their company stands for and how it benefits their customers. The gentleman who explained our financing was also very helpful answering our questions, making sure we understood our options before we signed the papers. We felt as if we never left our comfort zone. We have no problems referring The TEAM at Rodman Ford to our friends and family or anyone else that may have the need for a new automobile. You will have done yourself a disservice if you fail to put this TEAM on the list of PEOPLE to talk to when your in the market for a new or used automobile.

Great Service!

I had a great car buying experience at Rodman Ford. I found a used car that was a perfect match to what I was looking for and when I arrived, I was greeted by the team members I spoke with about the car. They had me work with Demetri and he took care of everything. Between him, Blake and George I was able to get a clear understanding of the terms of my financing, the warranty program, and anything about the car I could need or want. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new Ford, or a used car of any model, as they clearly know what they are doing with both the new and used inventory.

Great Car Buying Experience! Thanks Demetri

I came here looking for a BMW at a Ford dealership, which was an odd place to find my dream car. That didn't change the experience one bit, as Demetri & Blake were 100% professional, helpful and courteous from the word go. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Ford, or a used car they have in inventory. If you are in the market for a new car, give them a visit and you won't disappointed.
