Ken was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He was very efficient in identifying the best vehicle for me as well as finding a payment option that was agreeable. Ken was very versed in both the features of the vehicles as well as the financing options associated with them. I am employed by a company that offers Ford X-Plan and Ken was able to integrate the x-plan offers into the transaction seamlessly. This is the second I or someone close to me has purchased a vehicle from Ken and Rodman Ford. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle.

Mike worked with us a number of visits. We test drove 4 or 5 vehicles. We started with new to used and back to new. He was patient and very friendly. We were trading in a 2006 vehicle. There was no high pressure sales, no let me run this through my manager and get back to you. Our last dealership kept us negotiating for over four hours. If you noticed we didn't go back to them. After the long wait we felt taken advantage of. Rodman Ford was so different. Wished all car buying could be this easy.

This dealer tries hard but they use old style technique and not really like a lot of the other dealerships, I was not going to buy here, but ended up going for it and have been happy. I bought a car in the spring and am still happy. The person that answers the phone I think her name is Kathy was really nice, that for one made me decide to go in and meet the sales person, and my sales person Chis was very thorough and new all about my car. I was about to buy at another dealership and I actually paid a little more ($50) at Rodman than another dealer but it was the people that work their that I made my decision to buy at Rodman, it was because of them.

The overall purchase experience was great. I really appreciated the upfront and honest negotiations with out the typical car dealer pressure. I usually dread car shopping as much or more than I dread going to the dentist, but this experience was definitely different.

My overall experience dealing with Rodman Ford/Lincoln/Mercury was exceptional. The salesman, Roman Khitrik, was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. He researched finding me the exact car I wanted. The price of the car beat two other local Lincoln/Mercury dealers for which I was very pleased. Dealing with Roman and the price of the car made me decide to purchase the car from Rodman. All of my dealings with your dealership and Roman went right on schedule and I was able to drive away in my new Lincoln MKS very happy. Thank you Roman and Mike (the Manager) for making my car buying experience very pleasant.

They were very nice and helpful. We were able to test drive the car without anyone else in the car. Not once while we were at thedealership or when we came back the next day to look at the car, were we pressured by the salespeople to buy the car. After we purchased the car, they explained how SYNC works and helped set it up. They also gave a great price.

I cannot recommend Rodman enough. Mike Wagner is the anti-car salesman. That is not meant as much of a knock against car salesmen as it is a testament to Mike. He doesn’t play games and gets things done as quickly and efficiently as possible. I’ve now purchase two cars through Mike and will continue to do so in the future. I’ve recommended him to friends and family that are looking to get into new or used vehicles. He is great!!

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. The dealership was friendly and inviting and I knew I would walk out of there a happy customer. Tyrone was professional, knowledgeable and genuine. My new Ford Fusion is beautiful and I appreciate the extent Tyrone and Rodman Ford went to ensure I was a satisfied customer. This was my second purchase from Rodman Ford in approximately 6 weeks. The purchase of my 2010 Edge Ltd was so pleasurable, returning for my 2010 F150 Raptor was a no brainer. The entire staff at Rodman Ford treated me like family. Their facility is laid out nicely and is very clean. All of the sales staff are great. During my vists, they would chat with even though there were not my sales person. My sales person, Roman, was great to work with. Very knowledgeable about the products he sells and enjoys showing the features as he goes through the vehicle with you. It is nice to have a dealer that cares about the people deal with. Joseph S.
