I do not remember the name of the sales person who helped...

I do not remember the name of the sales person who helped me but he was very nice and let me take out the cars without him for a test drive. I liked that because I did not feel stressed as this was my first time driving a standard for many years. I have also been in contact with Jean Dickson via email. Rodman was the only dealership who listened when I said I prefer to be contacted via email rather than phone. the other dealerships keep calling!

I keep coming back to Rodman Ford because of the customer...

I keep coming back to Rodman Ford because of the customer service. The entire staff is always courtesy and professional. Whether its the sales department or the service department. This "Rodman Ford Team" listens to what we want not what they want to give us. There is NEVER any pressure! This is my 3rd vehicle from this dealership. I always refer my friends and family to the RODMAN TEAM....

The saleslady , Deb, was very polite, friendly, and...

The saleslady , Deb, was very polite, friendly, and professional. Had lots of trouble with financial dealings. Charged wrong sales tax, "forgot" to add in registration and fees & did not give reasonable explanation of fees charged. Much time wasted. Dealership took almost 2 weeks to deliver car. (Some my fault, much of it theirs) Could go on and on. Very disappointed in this aspect of dealership.

My rep is very friendly, knowledgeable and concious of my budget. He helped me to find what was best. He gave me all my options: rebates, financing and the best new car in my price range. He provided us with all the tools to make an educated decision. We'll do business again!

I called in from having seen results of an internet...

I called in from having seen results of an internet search leading me to a particular Ford pickup w/lo miles. I negotiated a fair price over the phone and went in to test drive and buy the vehicle. I was introduced to Sean, who was very friendly and knowledgable. I should have been in and out in 90 minutes, but there was confusion over how to print paperwork, get autocheck, etc. The Finance Mgr. was covering or maybe is permanent, either way he was very unfamiliar with that location's system. I was there almost four hours. I liked everyone I met, it seems they have a new management team, so I'll chalk it up to growing pains. I'd recommend them to a friend based on the quality of vehicle and value, the most important concerns to me when buying a used auto.

I came in looking for a Ford Taurus LTD AWD. I met Roman...

I came in looking for a Ford Taurus LTD AWD. I met Roman a month ago and drove the car. It was great! I explained to Roman that I was one month away from purchasing a car and I had several cars to look at before a final decision. The Manager and Roman gave me a price that was more than fair. After I left I looked at the VW CC / Acura TL AWD / Venza AWD / Maxima and Subaru. All good cars but I was most impressed with the Taurus because of fit and finish and features and my experience with Rodman Ford was superb no games. Other dealers would not give me a price because I was not ready to buy a car yet. Shame on them!!!!! When I returned to Rodman Ford Roman greated me but the manager was no longer there. Mike Wagner one of the managers already new of the situation jumped right in and a few minutes later I was an owner of a new car. What makes this experience different is that this is the first american car I have owned in over 25 years and Rodman Ford was a no hassle truly excellent experience. I can not recommend this dealership high enough. Great experience, professional, pricing quick and fair and everyone was great to work with.

Sean listened to our reasons for buying and concerns for...

Sean listened to our reasons for buying and concerns for safety, gas mileage, and price. He asked questions to see what would be good for us and what we WANTED. He recommended a car which we did not realize had 4 or 6 cylinders. We are very happy with the new-used car. We had some issues with insurance and Ken was extremely helpful in getting us to the right people. It worked out great.

I purchased a 2010 Ford F150 crew cab Great truck! the honesty and service cant be matched at Rodman! I shopped at Jack Madden they would not budge on the price I then went to Boch new to you the devious sales tactics and super high pressure pushed me away . Rodman won hands down! My wife loves he 2008 Ford Edge also purchased from Rodman in June of 2010. We wont be back for a while but we will be back.

Larry provided me with exactly the vehicle I was looking...

Larry provided me with exactly the vehicle I was looking for, explained all of the features and answered every question very thoroughly and professionally. Meeting with Finance Manager (Ken) was extremely efficient and paperwork was well organized - all financing features and options were fully explained.
