Very pleased!

I just purchased a 2013 Kia Optima through Chris Bucher and I couldn't be happier!! He is very knowledgeable and was helpful through out the entire process. Had my car quite quickly, very accommodating!Did you have fun

Just browsing

I was just browsing for a new car as my lease was soon to be up on my current vehicle. While I had no intention of leasing a new vehicle at this point, Brian Hardy was able to get me out of my current lease and into a Kia Sorento. He was very nice and quite energetic.

David Grosjean, Salesman

I recently came in to shop for a new car within a price range. I was immediately greeted by a salesman named David, who was very helpful, patient, and informative. His professionalism and customer service skills is what stood out the most to me. He was very caring in working with me to make sure I left happy regardless if I purchased a car or not. I've had some bad experiences dealing with other salesman, often leaving feeling uneasy and never wanting to come back. I was even called numerous times by one place asking me if I was going to buy a car or not when I just told them I needed some time to think about it. At destination Kia it was a whole other experience, after test driving a couple different model, I found the one I wanted. I felt David went above and beyond when helping me purchase a new car. He didn't make me feel pressured or rushed into something I wasn't 100% sure of. My experience at Destination Kia overall was an excellent one. I would highly recommend David if you're looking for a new vehicle. I am so happy I stopped in when I did. I love my new car and I'm very satisfied with all of his hard work and efforts to find the right vehicle for me within my price range.

Fantastic Salesman

We just purchased a 2016 Kia Soul at Destination Kia in Albany, NY. Our salesman, Jay Thompson, has been fantastic! He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. We came in a week ago and Jay stayed in touch without being pushy. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. We're counting on our new Soul lasting a long time, but if we ever have to buy another car, we would definitely want Jay to help us. We highly recommend Destination Kia and Jay Thompson!

2016 Kia Forte

The salesman, Matthew Greyson, was a huge help in explaining the buying and leasing process. This was my first time buying a car on my own, and he was able to assist me and answer any questions I had. He made the process easy to understand, I continue to be 100% satisfied with my purchase! Not only that he continues to check in to make sure there is nothing else I need assistance with.

If you need a car, Matt Grayson is you're guy!

I am a first time buyer with no previous experience other than a bit of reasearch I did online to find a suitable price that fit my needs. Going in I was just planning on looking, even though my heart was set on a car, but with the help of Matt Grayson and the entire staff that assisted me in every step of this usually painful process I was able to leave that day with the car I had been dreaming of with affordable payments worry free. I have already recommended his services as well as the dealership as a whole to anyone who asks.

Great service and overall buying experience!

Bought a 2014 Kia Soul from Chris Bucher the other day. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and made the overall experience of buying the car excellent. I was able to take a look at the undercarriage of the car with a mechanic and all of my questions were answered. Chris even came in on his day off to get the deal done with me. A+ rating for these guys, I'll recommend them to my friends. Job well done!
