Destination KIA

bought a car a yea ago and took it back to the dealer due to the ac not working, was the ac condenser. They told me it was not covered by my 60K warranty even thou the car only had 50k, tried charging me 750 to fix it. went to another kia dealer for a second opinion, and the covered the condenser under the warranty. will never get a car from them or get service there STAY AWAY

I was told I would receive a hundred dollar check in a few weeks after my wife bought a SUV at Destination KIA. It has been a month now and no check, and no one there will return our phone calls. I have a list of there names, but will not put them on here as I am respectful. I can not say the same thing for the people that will not return our calls. I am not very happy with the way this matter has been handled. I would not recommend this dealership because of this point. A hundred dollars is not much money, but its the principle that I was told I would receive it and I have not received it nor a simple call back from the several people that were contacted. I am seriously thinking about contacting the owner of the business. Gary Arnold

The service at Destination Kia was the best I've experienced so far. I had visited several other dealerships that made me feel that getting a new car would require a large downpayment or was completely out of reach based on my poor credit and negative equity on my trade in. Pete greeted me at my car, evaluated my financial situation, set me up with a test drive and even moved my two car seats between cars since I had my two kids with me (I only stopped in to look). I fell in love with the car and felt very comfortable in the buying process. Pete worked very hard to make this work out for me in coordination with the other staff. It felt like they all truly cared and weren't only out for my business. Thanks guys! I'm forever recommending you!

My lease was ending on my Honda and i had a list of other cars I wanted to test drive. I had no inclination to get anything the night I stopped in at Kia. Peter and Shaun made it such an easy decision for me to get the Optima, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Thank you for such a pleasant, hassle free, car buying experience!!

New cars are fun. Shopping for them often isn't. Not so at Destination Kia! We had done our research, and came in with a plan. They totally understood, didn't try to take us off our plan, and helped us fulfill it at every step. Everyone we dealt with: Zach in Finance, Stephanie and especially Pete in Sales was great. Got the model, the package, and even the color we wanted. This late in the summer car-buying season Pete was still able to find one and have it delivered in two days, at a price we could accept. In good conscience, we can highly recommend Peter Karian and Destination Kia.

I never for the life of me thought that I would ever own a new car. When I stepped into Destination Kia I was greeted by a very polite man named Mark Lewschencko. He went out of his way to help us out when he could have just said sorry I cant help you. I do not have the best credit so i thought that that is the way it would go but I was introduced to Dave Reali and he told us he got a great deal for us. I was able to drive home in a 2015 Kia Optima and let me tell you I cried. I had a great experience with Mark Dave and Aaron. Aaron made the signing of the papers very smooth. I really have to give a big thank you to these gentlemen. They really went through hoops to help us when I thought there was none. I highly recommend Destination Kia to anyone looking to buy a car or SUV.

When I walked in I was thinking about getting a decent vehicle to get me from point A to B, nothing to special. When I walked in I was greeted and I met with a sales rep who then discussed with me what I was looking for and then discovered that I qualified for a vehicle that was way above what I was looking for and that i had the income and credit score to get into a more modern vehicle than I had originally thought about.It's been 9 months and I haven't had any issues with my Kia Sorento so far at all. Love it.

I want to say that I had an amazing experience with Dave Reali, Mark Lewtschenko, and Aaron. I would definately recommend them to any one looking to buy a car.

Peter was amazing to work with. I stopped by Kia to get an estimate on damage that had been done to my car. Of course, while there I got intrigued with the possibility of getting a newer vehicle. Peter was helpful, patient and informative throughout the entire process. He is the ONLY reason I decided to get a new Sorento. I can't say enough positive things about him - I will recommend Destination Kia to all of my friends and tell them to make sure to see Peter. A+++++
