Leased a 2015 KIA Sorento

First time service

I made an appointment for my 5000 mile oil change and was very happy with the courtesy and speed of the service department!! In and out in one hour! Great job, I will be back for all my service needs.

Went of NYS inspection

I recently went to Destination Kia for my annual inspection. When I arrived they noticed that there was a software update for my audio system. They took care of the update and the inspection very quickly and washed the car too.

Won't go any place else

I have been dealing with Sean and Pat in the service dept for many years, both at this dealership and the previous one they worked at.. Both are amazing and very knowledgeable and I wouldn't work with anyone else.. Great service dept...

new to kia

by far the best car experience I have had in a very long time.... from the friendly greeting(s) at the door, to salesman (Sean M.); to finalizing with finance mgr; no hassles, no bs, no smoke and mirrors; Everything as promised.. would recommend dealership and salesman (Sean M.) for your next purchase or lease... mn

Honest and determined

We stopped to get an approximate value for our car. Mikes was very determined to understand our goals. Dave closed the deal with a reasonable final proposal. We bought a new car when we really did not plan to do so. And so we will now try the service there

Tires and alignment

I started out working with Chris in parts to get a tire quote on tires i saw good reviews online for. He helped me by getting them in quick at a good price. Then i emailed Pat about whether or not to do an alignment. He was very helpful. Sean was great too, hes always friendly and honest with me. Turned out the alighnment was way out of whack and required extra time to get it right. Sean ended up staying late on a saturday to make sure i was taken care of. I almost always walk away happy with the service on my suzuki. You have an excellent team over there! Thanks for the great service throughout the years

great service

Had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and was sent a coupon to use. I forgot my coupon but price was honored anyway. Waiting area is very comfortable and staff even handed out cookies. Waiting time was very reasonable and topped off with complimentary car wash.

Saved me time and money.

I made an appointment for my first service with my new 2014 Kia Soul. The service writer noticed a recall so they took care of it as well. I enjoyed lunch at Shoprite and returned and my car was ready shortly after. I appreciated the car wash too. And this service was free including a tire rotation.
