Experience was excellent.
I had an appointment to have my 2014 Kia Sorento serviced on 12/22/14.......oil changed, tires rotated, car washed. Sean, my service advisor was friendly and efficient. He walked me to the waiting room and pointed out the tv, coffee etc and said he'd come get me when the car was ready.....which he did.

NO HASSLE NO PRESSURE
Just purchased my 3rd vehicle from Destination. And all 3 times - it was just a pleasure to deal with everyone. Sales people are there to "help", not to push you into something that's not you. Customer service group are top notch and really just one of a kind. Was never much of a "big" dealer person before going to Destination, they sure have given me a new out look on just what a dealer should be. Will do business with them again.

SERVICE
We bought a new kia sportage here back in July and were due for our first oil change, made the appointment which was very easy and brought the car there and got the oil changed, tires rotated and car washed so quickly. everyone is so friendly there from our sales guy Anthony to our Service Guy Kenny Lau. I highly recommend this dealership. Never have been happier at dealership.

Not Happy!!
I recently made a purchase w/Kia on 11/28. I noticed the fender had a crack and the automatic key entry didn't work and the ESP button didn't work as well.(I was informed by the sales manager that the ESP button doesn't have to light up in order to work. That he ownes a Suzuki) Dave G reassured me that The issues would be resolved. I dropped the car off on the 1st and the only thing that was done was the car was cleaned on the inside due to the animal smell that the previous owner left behind. The sales manager informed me that he was was going to contact the owner of the dealership to let me know about the fender. I am still waiting for a call back. I informed a customer rep. on 12/2 she took my name and # I am still waiting to hear from a manager, I guess that I better not hold my breath. I will only go there for service not for another car.

Henry was excellent!! Very professional, great smile and always followed through and followed up on expectations. Chris Pivacek was great. We had no plans to turn in our lease but Chris gave us a deal we couldn't refuse. As long as service like this continues, we will be repeat customers. Anthony Liguori, was equally professional, friendly and easy to talk with. Over all it was a great experience.

I recently brought my 2014 Kia Forte in to Destination Kia for my first service. My experience was excellent. I worked with Jeremy Terrell, who handled everything in a prompt, courteous manner. The service area was spotless and I was in and out in considerably less than an hour. Best of all, the first service was complementary. Highly recommended!
