Service - Maintainence

I've taken my Optima to Destination for regular service twice since leasing, both times have been great. I like to make an early morning appt in case I need to bring my son. The waiting room is clean, nice and big enough for a mom and her baby to hang out and not disturb anyone else. Sean was very pleasant to work with.

Vehicle Purchase

Great experience from start to finish! Although I did not see a car of my choice on my first visit, the second visit was quite different. I immediately spotted a vehicle that met all my expectations and Henry Whitbeck took it from there. It was an easy transition trading in my car and financing another vehicle with assistance from Lou Guerra.

Transmission Replacement Suzuki 2009 XL7

It was covered under a $100,000 warantly which was honored so I was happy. My car had 99,700 miles. Replacing spark plugs was competively priced, so I had that work done as well. TPMS tire Sensor & re-programming was more than double other service places. So, I did not have Kia do the work.

Very happy I chose to come here

I previously leased a Kia from Fucillo Kia and was coming up on the end of my lease... but I was over on my lease miles... so I was completely freaking out not knowing what I got myself into. I went back to Fucillo Kia to see what they could do for me and they just weren't very helpful (which to be honest I was quite surprised about... being that I was a returning customer. I figured they'd do a lot more for me than they did). So I decided to go down to Destination Kia to see what they could offer me in my position. They were so great and I'm so happy I did! My salesman Shaun was awesome... did wayyy more for me than Fucillo did and I could tell they genuinely wanted me to be happy with my investment. I was able to get into a brand new lease again- even upgraded my vehicle with a good monthly payment and didn't have to freak out about the overage on miles on my previous lease. I definitely will be coming back and referring friends to this location!!!

First new car purchase!

I was beyond thrilled when i arrived at Destination Kia on a Sunday and left with a new car on Monday! The staff was very professional and friendly. I would definately refer a friend to Destination Kia.

First time for leasing

Destination Kia was the first dealership i shopped at......and the last........was met at the door by Chris with a smile and a welcome handshake......asked what i was looking for, told him a new Kia Sportage and 5 minutes later there was one at the front door......took it for a test drive, loved it and on to the table for paperwork......that simple.......traded in my car and told him what i wanted for payments, etc. I hadn't considered leasing but after a discussion with Chris and Shaun, I was convinced this is the way to go.. Out the door in about 4 hours with all I wanted and then some. Nice people to deal with, bright showroom, nice waiting room for service and best of all.....fresh popcorn!!!!!

Buying a used car

We had an excellent experience at Destination Kia. Rick Docherty was extremely helpful and kept us comfortable with coffee and pizza throughout the time we were there. He answered all of our questions knowledgeably and patiently. We had a good experience with Lou Guerra also.It was the end of the day on a Saturday and it was very busy day too but not once did they rush us.Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and professional. We will be recommending Destination Kia to everyone.
