Write a reviewVery impressed with Duncan Suzuki service department. The last several years I had been going to a Chevy dealership in Woodlawn, VA. for car servicing. The first part of February my Chevy Cruze was suppose to have a state inspection & oil change. After waiting for 3 hours I was told that my water pump (which they had replaced 17,000 miles ago) was leaking and needed to be replaced. I was handed an estimate of $1313.00 for parts and labor but did not get my “free state inspection for life”. The inspection would be done when I came back for the repair. In shock I went to another mechanic to verify the water pump was leaking. Guess what! It passed the pressure test with flying colors without a drop of antifreeze leaking. So…a friend recommended Duncan. I got an appointment, had the inspection and was in and out in 30 minutes. Everyone was super friendly. I love Duncan’s service department and all the people working there. This is my new place to go for vehicle service and repair. It’s a business that I feel will do an excellent job and can be trusted. Thanks everyone!

Your salesman David Draper did an excellent job with my purchase. I had one issue with the car there was an option I thought was on the car and it didn't have it {lane change indicators). He researched the car and found it was only offered on the most expensive model. He knew I was very disappointed the vehicle didn't have that opinion. So he took a substantial amount of money off the sale for me. To me the was way above and beyond what he had to do. I am very grateful for the deal and how well I was treated. I have bought a lot of cars in my 67 years but this was by far the best car buying experience i have ever had. My hat is off to you David and your dealership!!!!!

Sales staff are shady used car salesmen. They ignored simple requests to get more info on my interested car even with cash offer. All they cared about was what the most you would pay. Don't waste your time!
