I went hate for a pre purchase inspection on a new vehicle I had purchased, service was great, they were very attentive, they even sent me a video of them inspecting my vehicle, they performed an update on my telematics and audio system free of charge

I was very happy with the first service appointment for my 2026 Ascent. The video of the service provided is a great tool and will be helpful in comparison for future service needs. I am a longtime Austin Subaru customer; this being my 4th Subaru. I continue to receive only 5 star service from Austin Subaru and all their employees.

I had never purchased a Subaru before and was pleased

I had never purchased a Subaru before and was pleased with the information shared by John at Austin Subaru. He was friendly and knowledgable, a good listener, and enthusiastic. Also helpful were financial officers Jett Minor and Taylor Tice, who helped ease the tedium of contracts and transactions. They even had a friendly old-Austin employee who explained how the car bells and whistles work, after John had sent a "ready-to-go" email to me. Yes, I'd certainly recommend this dealership and look forward to a new-kind-of ride in a Forester.

Absolutely amazing experience!

Absolutely amazing experience! I got a same day appointment for an emergency situation and they got me out the door quickly and with a loaner. My service advisor Chris was amazing! Answered all my questions and covered all my concerns. Thank you Austin Subaru! You have a loyal customer.

The whole service team went above and beyond to help us

The whole service team went above and beyond to help us on short notice. We were driving through Austin on our way back home for another 1500 miles and had an sudden noise issue. They squeezed us in and found the issue and offered to repair it. Special thanks to Chris and the Service Manager, plus the young mechanic who found the issue. The lounge made us feel like being in a luxury resort. Awesome experience! Highly recommended!

The sales representative sold us our 2023 Subaru.

The sales representative sold us our 2023 Subaru. I was there on a service visit, but I wanted to see the new cars. I love my Subaru, but I fell in love with the 2026 model. They didn't have what I wanted on the lot, or in the vicinity, so he helped me build what I did want. It was a great experience and I got a loyalty discount on top of the trade in, so I ended up walking out with a new car made to my specifications. It will arrive in a few months.

The staff at Austin Subaru have always been professional

The staff at Austin Subaru have always been professional and awesome to deal with. I bring my Subaru in for oil changes and maintenance and they have always been straight forward and accommodating. I like the laid back atmosphere and the coffee bar is a plus when I am waiting on service of my vehicle to be completed.
