This was my first visit to Austin Subaru’s Service Department. They replaced a tire that had a nail in the sidewall. I was very impressed with the video that they sent to me with the issue or problem. Everyone was very nice and respectful. This is my first Subaru to purchase so everything is so new to me. I learned a lot just sitting with other women in the back waiting room listening to their stories of their vehicles. Let’s just say I think I did good by purchasing a Subaru vehicle.

I bought a preowned cart here in 2024, have been getting it serviced since and just bought a new car from them this month. My experience with them has been outstanding and should be separated from my experience with Subaru of America (which, regrettably hasn't been). Everyone at Subaru of Austin works really hard to satisfy. Be nice, advocate for yourself, ask for help/ clarification and they're outstanding. They do whatever they can. I highly recommend buying and servicing (for things that can't be done to OEM standards more cheaply elsewhere) here. Just do your research... they're of course still a dealership and they're still trying to make money but yeah they're the best dealership I'VE EVER worked with. They're fair and kind.

Excellent service from start to finish! The Subaru service crew was friendly, professional, and very helpful. They communicated clearly about my car and explained all their recommendations without any pressure. The waiting area was amazing—clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. Overall, a great experience. I highly recommend this Subaru service team!

Purchased in March 2026. Went in for recommended services twice. Both times felt like a VIP. Staff is amazing, waiting room is awesome with a coffee bar, like an actual one, not a keurig on a table. Reps are knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend Austin Subaru to anyone.

I have been a Subaru customer for nearly 5 years and everytime I visit it is a good experience. I'm promptly checked in, the waiting area is comfortable and I'm able to work while I wait for my vehicle. The staff are always pleasant, polite and customer focused.

Ben B. (Complete w awesome English accent) was a great on the sales floor. Answered all our questions. Plus I had contacted him earlier in the day to set an appt and he had all the cars I wanted to test drive ready to go! Plus all the paperwork printed for that broke down everything so I could easily compare specs and prices. Zero pressure. Oh and service concierge Shelby Rae THE CUTEST and kindest. Set us up w SWAGGGGG! The finance guy (I’m sorry I can’t remember his name but he kinda has Keanu Reeves vibes) helped us pick the best warranty tailored to what we actually wanted & needed. And got the car of my dreams - Crosstrek Wilderness in Geyser Blue 😍😍😍 in less than 2 hours. That’s right in & out in 1 hour 45 min including my test driving!!!!! Chef’s kiss Austin Subaru!
