My experience with Austin Subaru and Chris with replacing my radio display was exceptional. When I called to get a quote to get the display fixed, Chris told me it was under an extended warranty, so they would replace it at no cost. I was stunned at how well I was treated from the first call, to driving my car out of the dealership with my new display.

Ryan's service was stellar and professional. He went above and beyond to help my child purchase their first car. I would definitely buy another car from Austin Subaru because of Ryan and the entire team who made us feel valued as customers even if it was a used car purchase.

My experience with Austin Subaru has been great. Isaac is fantastic to work with. He listens well, respects what you say you do and don't want, works things out, and communicates regularly. Vehicle pick-up was also very smooth and efficient. Highly recommend this dealer!

I had the battery in my Subaru replaced in 2024, and it recently went out. This happened at home, so we were able to charge it temporarily using our plug-in auto charger. I got it to the Subaru dealer, and they tested it and confirmed it was indeed defective. It was still under warranty, so they gave a new battery. This process turned out to be easy and efficient. I was only there about an hour and a half, which I considered to be good since they were working me in. I was able to make an appointment online for the time that I could get the car to them. I really appreciated all that they did to get this done quickly and also to make me comfortable while I waited!

I had a seamless and easy experience bringing in my Outback for a manufacturing malfunction. Chris Sutton explained everything simply and skillfully. There was close communication the whole time my car was in maintenance, and the problem was fixed. Thank you!

Austin Subaru gave me excellent service by giving me a recorded video inspection of my vehicle and showed the condition of the joints and engine. Having on the house expressing, latte, cortada, or macchiato is a bonus.
