I’ve always had good experiences with this dealership but

I’ve always had good experiences with this dealership but this time the ball was dropped. Waited two weeks with no response about parts being covered under warranty. Had to call and push them to try something else. The technician purposely wrote on the notes to the Ford protect program that the vehicle was abused which caused ford to deny the warranty even though there was no actual proof that was the cause of the failure. Had to put out almost $2000 and have to fix the other issue myself

I'm exceptionally pleased with the service I received at Dick Smith Ford. My vehicle was misdiagnosed at a different dealership and India Kozel and her team easily diagnosed the problem and fixed it. They were professional and competent. And I appreciate their help greatly. Thank you, India and the technician that spoke to me on the phone as well.
