Write a reviewI am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at Serra Chevrolet. Approximately two and a half weeks ago, I notified my sales representative of my travel plans to arrive at the dealership on Saturday morning from Atlanta via Greyhound bus. However, upon arrival, I was redirected to another representative who requested that I reiterate my information. Despite informing him that my details were already on file and arrangements had been made to hold a check for my down payment for 21 days, I was told that the dealership's policy was to hold checks for only 7 days, contradicting our initial agreement. I had provided a starter check with my routing and account numbers, authorizing them to process it. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by miscommunication and inefficiency, ultimately requiring me to return to Atlanta via Greyhound bus. I was left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I would not recommend Serra Chevrolet to potential customers. Fortunately, I subsequently found a 2017 Chevrolet 1500 Silverado double cab, and the dealer in Atlanta approved my financing application without issue regarding the holding of my check for the down payment.

Do NOT buy from Serra. I bought a $15000 used car. The next day I found out that the horn is not working, same with temperature sensor. Serra said, you bought now it is your responsibility. But they can fix it for $900. The horn is a safety issue and should have been detected at dealers inspection, as they claimed doing so with each car leaving the lot. Shame, shame, shame

Let the buyer beware!!!!Serra Chevrolet's advertised priced is not the final price.they added on $2999 above the advertised price listed on Cars.com plus a $799 dock fee.It is so deceptive that the price advertised is not the really price.They are taking advantage of the chip shortage to gouge buyers.i would rather walk than buy a car from them.Greg

The staff was friendly. I has a weight time of almost ab hour and half because there were many cars waiting to be serviced. Wait time was not bad. Good service.

Only reason Im giving 1 star is because the people I actually talked to were relatively nice.. but don't let the 4.3 stars fool you, this is your average crook dealership. I inquired about a vehicle and initially spoke with the "internet sales manager". I informed her that my current vehicle had been in an accident and also explained that I had another dealership I was speaking with that was willing to give me up to a certain number on my trade vehicle and that they would even match a certain number if another dealer were to offer me that price. She passed along my information and I then spoke with a sales manager who confirmed that they would give me 27k (which is the number the other dealer said they would match), and that we should be able to make the deal happen. Having confidence in what I was told (stupid of me), I went ahead and filled out the credit app. The next day I get a text from the sales manager saying congrats we got the deal done.. and then proceeds to tell me "oh by the way, you're car has damage on the car fax" and we can't give you that 27k trade in. So in order to "make the deal" they hiked up the MSRP on the truck I was looking at by almost TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS in order to say "yea we can get your trade paid off", like I was stupid enough to fall for that. So now my credit score has dropped, and the other dealership I was in talks with sold the vehicle I was looking at with them because I told them I had found a better deal. Nobody took the time to even tell me they weren't going to give me what they said they would on my trade BEFORE actually making inquiries on my credit. They clearly will screw you over and not think twice about it. Considering filing complaints with the federal trade commission and BBB. Don't trust these people.
