Used car dealers may deserve their poor reputation as a rule, but Cupples is certainly the exception to that rule. My wife and I just bought a used Honda Pilot, the second vehicle I've bought from them in 7-8 years. The founders' son Ross now runs the place, and does so with professionalism, competence, courtesy, and most important, integrity. He fixed a couple of weaknesses we spotted where most dealers would have just waited for the next customer. He was very knowledgable, helpful, and fair. We highly recommend Cupples and will gladly return ourselves whenever the need again arises.

I actually did not go to this dealership however I was in contact quite frequently with them. They went above and beyond to try to find me a car of my choosing. However that didn't happen. I actually found one at another dealership so I had purchased it there.

Not only did Ross, the owner, have an excellent car to sell me, he went the extra mile in lots of little ways that I wouldn't normally expect a dealer to do. I highly recommend the experience you get when dealing with Ross. I got to the dealership in mid-afternoon on a Saturday and fully expected to have to return to pick up the car if I purchased one but Ross made a quick application to the bank and then called them to make sure they jumped on it right away as it was close to their closing time. He got the paperwork done and I was able to drive the car off his lot and back to Vermont where I live. It made things a whole lot easier not to have to return to get the car. Highly recommended.

Ross & Renee were great! I also drove from Vermont, tried to work with some local dealers, and it just didn't work. Ross is very upfront, got what I wanted, and the payments I wanted. Also, had some issues with the brakes, I had to have it fixed to pass inspection, and as promised, they sent me a check to cover the cost of the repairs, and the inspection! They are awesome people!

Ross is a rare breed in the car industry. He was honest, direct and did everything he could to make the deal happen. No drama, no games. Glad I stopped by.
