Tony was great.

My overall customer experience was excellent. Tony was quick, efficient and honest to deal with. He satisfied all my requests professionally. I would recommend these folks to anyone looking for new or used cars. They were very fair with my trade in as well. Good Job!

Beware of Texas Auto

Beware of Texas Auto I was going to buy a 2012 inferno orange Corvette on 3-23-17 at Texas Auto. Before I flew done I asked for pictures of the car and underside, they sent photos of the car and underside car looked beautiful!!! I paid to fly down and pickup the car, test drove and ask to inspect the underside of the car...... once on the lift the nightmare began.....the car has damage to the passenger side rocker that they did not disclose to me in any pictures. I Asked them to pay to fix it the offered $500 and said take it or leave.... someone else with buy the car if you don't!!!!!! They also said the will not be replacing the damaged parts.... BEWARE if you are buying from the!!!!!

Save your MONEY go elsewhere.

Sells guy was great. Love my car. The wheels on the car wore of less than 6 months after purchase. This is my first time buying a car from a dealer, and other than the nice salesman that helped me, it was an awful experience. I asked to help be set up for auto draft for my car, they ended up linking me to some company that charged $500 to "help" with the auto draft. Worst thing is that now i cant get my money back from that, when my bank offers it for free. Recalling the day i was signing, the guy in the financial department was very unhelpful and pushy. Everyone else was great. The only perk from this is that they added on oil changes to my car. They didn't even fill the tank up before driving off, where most dealers always do. Save your time and MONEY go somewhere else. I would never recommend this place to a family or friend.

Buyer Beware!!!

Buyer beware. I purchased a car from them. 2 hrs after driving off the lot, the car overheated and left me stranded. Texas Auto gave me the run around for three weeks. I left messages for the GM (Scott Hensley). He would not call me back. When I finally did get him on the phone, he advised me that the car was sold "as is". As a used car buyer, the consumer has no protection. Laws designed to protect the consumer like the lemon law or the three day rule which allows you to return anything within three days of the purchase, specifically excluded used cars as long as the car is sold "as is". So while Scott was correct legally, this response puts Texas Auto in the 1 star category. I told Scott thank you for ignoring all my to which he replied, "you're welcome".

Great experience

We recently purchased a 2013 Ford F-150 Limited 4X4 from Brodie at the north Houston location and had a great experience. Was able to trade my truck in with no problems and he worked with us on our note. It's nice to walk into a dealership and not be hassled. We had set up an appointment the day before and was able to walk right in and he had the truck waiting for us to test drive.

Questionable tactics

I'm from Louisiana and made sure to tell the salesman that upon my inquiry via email and we came up with a nice price out the door. AFTER I put down the deposit, I was then notified that I was given incorrect pricing due to different taxes since I was from another state. It was too late since I've already paid a deposit! Then upon my arrival to pick up the car, I was told I needed my cosigner there also! To fix the issues, my cosigner was removed from the agreeement and my interest rate given to me was 5% higher! Along with the 3% difference in taxes, and the unforeseen differences in my APR, I should have been told all of this prior to the demand for the deposit. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE my car. It's just the process should have been done better because I feel that they did whatever just to get money from me. I understand that the deposit was to hold the car for me but I ended up having to pay THOUSANDS MORE THAN THE AGREED PRICE that was supped to be "out the door". They never fixed my prices so that I paid the price "out the door". I just have to pay a larger note now. I was never offered refund on my deposit. I agreed on a number with them and it because a few thousand more.

Customer service sucks

I will never recommend anyone to the dealer. To many things to name about the bad service I've had with them. Love my jeep but the service is horrible it's been two months and still no license plate for my jeep. They said they have called me but no answer I have had the same xxxx number for 10 years lol. Lil things they said they would fix did not get fix my jeep wasn't ready when they said it would be. I drove to the dealer 3 different times to get my jeep I live an hour away so I wasn't happy. Got my jeep and drove home 20 miles into my drive gas light comes on really all that crap and they could feel up the tank. So go to gas station and feel up and decide to inspect the jeep (yes I should have done it at the dealer but I was ready to go home) all the small things they said they would fix didn't get fix even after I left the jeep for 3 more days. Turn signals side mirrors didn't work. They have a 100 point inspection that's a joke. Do your research wish I would have this place customer service SUCKS

Retract My Review-Texas Auto Resolved My Problem

I want to update and remove my review from earlier today. The issue I had previously was resolved in an excellent manner. I was contacted immediately to rectify the situation by Daniel, the sales manager, and David Powell. They were quick to see my issue and resolve it. Thank you Texas Auto for the help! It is greatly appreciated and recognized. Look forward to doing business again with you in the future!
