My husband and I were very leary about buying a vehice off line, but when we spoke to Brandon he assured us if we didn't like the vehicle or it did not fit our needs we were able to get or deposit back and go home. When we arrived at Texas Auto we were promptly greeted by Raven, she was very sweet and said she would get brandon for us and we could help ourselves to some popcorn, which was yummy, brandon then introduced himself and took us to look at the vehicle, the vehicle was very clean and well kept it just needed a good detail, brandon assured us it would be done before we took the car home. We got into finance not planning on buying a warranty, but Ruben showed us that the benifits of having an extended warranty were too good to pass up. I have been looking for a Dodge Ram 2500 for almost 6 months now. When I called and spoke to Jonathan at Texas Auto he informed me they had a large selection of 6.7 & 5.9 trucks. I asked him if they had any with lifts and he said yes. I live in the clear lake area and stopped by their location on my way home from work. I was amazed at the size of their location. The staff was very helpful. And as stated in our phone call. Texas Auto had a large selection of trucks. I ended up purchasing a Red 5.9 4x4 with a 6" lift kit. It has been almost two months. I love my tuck. Thank you Texas Auto for making my purchase experience fast, easy, and enjoyable. I will purchase another vehicle in the future.

My car arrived today from Texas. It was the first time I have seen it in person, let alone sat down in the passenger seat and taken it for a test drive. My friends and family said I was crazy. But the staff at Texas Auto assured me they have some thousands of vehicles this way. We did all the paper work and financing via phone and mail. It was so easy and I am very happy with my new lexus ls460.

I made an inqiery about a certain vehicle and Texas Auto was the first of several to respond. I was pleased with there quick attenetion. I spoke to the salesperson and explained what I was looking for and she advised me to check out their website. I found several cars I was intrested in and actually made the 50 mile trip on a Sunday to see the cars. I called back on Monday and asked for her by name and had to leave a message as she was out. I caleed back two more times and the same thing happened. The last two calls I asked to make sure she was available and was told she was in but unavailable according to her message service. I never did receive a call back. I ended up going to another dealer and purchased a car that afternoon from a dealer that was not apart of my cars.com inquiery. I just happened to drive by and saw it as I was headed to another dealer.

I dont normally write reviews like this but i wanted to share my experience. Because i lost my job last year, my credit has suffered. After being told "no" by other dealers in the area, my salesman at Texas Auto promised me he would try everything he could to get me a loan on the car i actually wanted. Ne never lied to me, and he never promised me anything other than he would try his best. I was starting to get fed up because my old car died so went to one of these small "buy here pay here" lots. Turns out, they were going to charge me 24% interest and it wouldnt even help my credit. Just before I signed my paperwork out of desperation, I received a call from Texas Auto and they had a great news. They got me approved with a decent rate through a major bank that would help me rebuild my credit. I went to the dealership and because i had already seen and driven the car, it only took about 15 minutes to sign my paperwork and thats it! Now I have a real loan, a car I LOVE, and a payment i can afford. I dont think anyone else could have done this so i want to say Thank You to the salesman, the managers, and everyone that helped get this done for me. If you are worried about your credit or cant afford a new car, I HIGHLY recommend going to Texas Auto Online and giving them a try. They helped me so much! Thank you!

I own a 2007 BMW 7 series that I bought new. I brought it to the BMW dealership because my service light came on my dash. The BMW dealership wanted $125 just to look at it. Then they told me the recommended service interval would cost me around $1500. My car drives fine, I was just worried about the light popping up on the dash. I drive past Texas Auto on Highway 3 all the time and i saw there sign mentioned saving money on service. I went in and spoke with George and Gilbert, both were very nice. They did not charge me a penny to look at my car and give me their recommendation. They looked up the recommended service for my car and told me they can perform the same services for around $600. I agreed, they performed the service quickly, and reset the light. They even told me about putting nitrogen in my tires which saves on gas mileage. I was surprised at how nice and equipped their shop was. I wasn't expecting that from a "used car dealer". They have a first class operation there without all the pushy sales people. They fixed my car for less, i left happy, and they have a new customer for life! I even saw some really nice cars i hope to buy in the future. Give them a try, I am glad i did!
