I flew to Chicago from Colorado on April 9, 2025 to

I flew to Chicago from Colorado on April 9, 2025 to purchase a 2017 Golf R in good faith based on their ads stating every mechanical part was inspected and determined in “Good” condition. Auto Park claims on cars.com that all their vehicles are fully inspected and are in “great condition.” Fifty miles out of Chicago, the gas gauge and AC didn't work. The day after arriving in Colorado, the engine light came on. A highly respected foreign car service Shop in Boulder did the Diagnostics for $364, the repairs needed were $3,192. Auto Park refused. They sent me a non-VW fuel pump assembly and compressor and said to take it to another Shop who they claimed would install the parts for a labor charge of $973, which Auto Park would only pay 50%. I objected to having to pay anything. The Shop they recommended repaired the vehicle for $2,872. So, along with the original diagnostics of $364 plus the repairs of $2,872, I was out $3,192. They refused again, and made a final offer of $1500, or I return the car to Chicago at my expense (yeah, I laughed, too) as long as it was in the "same condition" (LOL) they would refund the purchase amount. This is the way they do business. I'm out over 3K. I would never recommend this Dealer. Terrible experience. Last week, the engine light came on again. Would have purchased diesel X5 on the spot, but after

Would have purchased diesel X5 on the spot, but after test driving for 45 minutes, the vehicle was burning oil so much that when I accelerated, I could barely see out the rear window. During the drive, I used my OBD tester and the car had no codes. Upon our return, we told the sales guy about it and he brought out the service guy. Service guy, who was completely rude, came out with a chip on his shoulder and tried to tell us that it was the DPF regeneration cycle- which that process only takes about 15 minutes and does not smell like anything burning, it only makes the exhaust really hot. I know because I owned this exact same car for the past 5 years. This car was burning oil, blue smoke and our eyes were burning and we ended up with headaches for several hours. After service guy abruptly walked out on us, sales guy said they would drive the car and get back to me on Monday (this was a Saturday). No call. I called him back late Tuesday and he said the exact same thing which shows me that they never even drove it to check it out. Too bad - the rest of the car was perfect. I feel bad for anyone who falls for their story and buys this vehicle.

What an incredible car dealer. Purchased a car and they have absolutely gone above and beyond all expectations. The sales process was wonderful and then when we needed a little warranty work, so fast and professional. Made the whole experience the best vehicle purchase in my lifetime. Be careful.

I bought a 2013 Honda Fit (45,000 miles) from these guys. The buying process was straight forward and smooth. Here's the issue. They say they are Bosch certified inspected, well, I beg to differ. I just recently had to replace the front brakes on the Fit. The front right pads after owning the car for only 5,000 miles were shot...as in completely gone (metal on metal). The car had a hum to it after leaving the dealership, but I did not go back as I, well, hate Chicago. Brake pads do not degrade that quick. At the time of purchase the pads had to have been pretty close to being gone, if not completely gone and should have been replaced prior to even listing the car. The facility is nice, Vlad was cool, but this should have been taken care of prior to. Lesson learned. Be weary of buying from them.

Amazing Company!

Best car shopping experience!

After shopping around at few different dealerships, including the big BMW dealerships... I am extremely happy that I ended up here. My salesman Andrew was not pushy and hands down extremely knowledgeable. He dedicated his time to me and answered all the questions I had. Prices are noticeably lower and vehicles are in good condition. I waited to write this review and just want to say that I recommend this dealer to anyone thats looking for a used vehicle. My X5 has been bringing nothing but happiness thus far. FYI: they do financing here and the process is so quick. Thank you Andrew.
