It was a great experience!

I would highly recommend Shannon Motors if you are looking for a dependable used car. Car shopping to me was intimidating, overwhelming and something that I was not looking forward too. Ed Fernandez and the team at Shannon Motors took me by the hand and within one week found me a dependable, low mileage, used car with all the perks I was looking for, and most of all it was reasonably priced. Ed handled the sale with the greatest of ease, then Bill in the finance department handled the financing and helped me set up payments that will assist me in building my credit. There was no high pressure sales, no gimmicks, just sound, honest advice, which made my experience joyful and easy. I will definitely go back to them again!

my experience left me unsatisfied and unhappy.

They convinced me to sell me original truck only for 800 when the value was 2000 and had me take 400 out of pocket. As soon as I brought my their truck home I soon realized it had something wrong with it. And I brought it down there twice for them to tell me nothing is wrong with it. I have had it seen elsewhere and they have told me there are quite a few things wrong. I pay over half a grand including the payment and insurance for a truck that shakes when I drivers the abs breaks come on randomly causing a safety hazard. And still they say nothing is wrong with it and refuse to fix it. They are scam artists.... I advise GO ELSWHERE!

Don't be fooled

Got "pre approved " sounded promising; that I was going to walk in sign and drive and that was far from the case. Long story short. If you don't have a GREAT credit score they will throw you something in something they want to unless you put downAlot of money. It's a joke and the Guy ED on resevoir can't control his emotions and thinks he knows it all. Better off going to big time dealer rather than deal with amateurs. Good luck. After I left with the cash I had IN HAND and they saw I wasn't ditching out more cash and left. By time I got home i got like 4 calls and a voicemail.

Great Dealership

I had an amazing and easy experience with James Mello at the Johnston Location. He worked hard to get me into a car that I would've never thought would be my first car. I appreciate the hard work from the friendly staff. They made my first car buying experience enjoyable. Thanks again !!!!

awesome experience

Started out bad but ended up good

Had a hard time at the Providence office. The guy Eddie that works there is absolutely a xxxxxxx and tries to throw you in a car that is about double its actual worth. terrible guy to do business with. On the other hand at the Johnston location a very nice guy Carmine was able to help me and get me in a nice car and explain the process to me in great detail. I would only refer people to the Johnston Location. Stay away from Eddie at the Shannon Motors on Reservoir Ave

Awesome used car experience

This was my first time buying a car, and I had a great experience! James Mello helped me stay in my budget, and leave with a great car! He wasn't pushy, and really went out of his way to fit my needs. I'm a grad student with little credit, and I still got what I needed. And I love my Ford Taurus :)

Great experience for local dealer.

The Shannon Motors in Johnston had what I wanted, a newer Maxima with a decent price. I went in and met directly with the manager, he didn't haggle me. Jessica in the office was pleasant. She answered my annoying calls of when everything would be done. Surprisingly I had no issues. I've been driving my car everyday and LOVE IT!! Thanks!
