MY NAME IS ANNIE YANSKEY AND IN ALL MY YEARS OF DEALING WITH ROYAL KIA SERVICE, ERIC HAS ALWAYS SHOWN CONSIDERATION, UNDERSTANDING, AND EXPLAINS THINGS IN TERMS THAT I UNDERSTAND. DURING ANY SERVICE ISSSUES. WHEN MY KIA FORTE HAS BEEN IN FOR SERVICE HE CALLS TO TELL US THE PROGRESS OF THESE ISSUES. ROYAL KIA, YOU ARE FORTUNATE TO HAVE SUCH AN OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEE AS ERIC. I JUST PURCHASED A "NEW" 2014 KIA FORTE, AND THE TURNING FACTOR IN PURCHASING FROM ROYAL KIA WAS THE SERVICE THAT I HAVE RECIEVED IN THE PAST YEARS AND THE INFLUENCE OF ERIC. Thank you Royal Kia for restoring my trust in a dealership. From the first phone call from Terry to the dozen red roses as I drove my new Kia Soul off your lot, I was impressed with the honesty of your staff. They did what they said. They listened to my concerns. They didn't pressure me or try to sell me anything I didn't want to buy. Eli took time to hear what I had to say and then match me to just the right model and help me decide on whether a lease or a purchase made sense for me. As hard as it might be to believe, he felt like a trusted friend very soon after meeting him. Your staff met my expectations 110%. And this from a woman who HATED the thought of buying a new car! I know that I will be singing the praises of Royal Kia for the foreseeable future. I've already recommended you to a good friend and told at least 6 others about my experience. Your staff created a devoted customer in a very short time. I guess the part that sold me most on Royal Kia is that I was treated with respect. Again, my sincerest thanks for making this car buying experience far and away the best of my life. And, that is no exaggeration.

I'll start with the fact that even though I haven't dealt much with car dealerships, I'm not their biggest fan in general... However, I had a really great experience with Royal Kia! I worked with Tom Rice and he was so kind and understanding! Looking for another car now wasn't the joyous experience I was planning it to be in a few years. I was in an accident, I was screwed over it by an insurance company, and I was very distressed. I was afraid I'd make the wrong decision under so much pressure in my life.Tom totally understood that and was trying to put me at ease - certainly not placing any additional pressure I didn't need on me. I'm not sure if this is a common practice or not, but seeing me agonize over the decision, he let me just put a 24-hour deposit on the car I thought I wanted and let me sleep on it and think some more. The buying process was very easy. I didn't use financing, so I can't comment on that. Tom was even sweet enough to bring my old car home as I live alone. In addition to liking this particular car, I was also tempted by the lifetime warranty on the drivetrain offered. I didn't know it wasn't offered by all Royal locations, though. You get it only if you buy your vehicle from Royal Kia specifically. It comes with a bit of rigid rules as far as maintenance goes, but it's still nice protection to have, considering it's free with the purchase. Btw, I did not buy a Kia, and while the advantages of Kia were mentioned to me in passing when I was deliberating my purchase, there was absolutely no pressure to buy a Kia. I also felt I got a very good deal, particularly in comparison to other local dealerships. I wouldn't buy a car sight unseen, even if it happens to be cheaper. I'm really happy with my experience! Now, let's hope everything goes well with the car... I only bought it a few days ago. Oh, I almost forgot something! I even got a dozen of beautiful roses as a token of their appreciation and a way to congratulate me on the new car. Now that's a royal treatment! :-)

Rudy Ruiz was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping my wife and I find the perfect van for our growing family. We purchased a 2011 Kia Sedona. We have had the van now for 2 months and have had no issues. We were able to take the van on a trip to Disneyland. I highly recommend Royal Kia for their customer service and knowledge of finding the right vehicle for you. Rudy is the guy to go to when looking for the perfect vehicle for your family.

I went to check out the new Kia models and had no intention of purchasing a vehicle. I was surprised to get a nice attitude about my situation from Rudy. He was very informative and knew the product very well. I left that day without a vehicle because I wasn't ready. The big surprise to me was that Rudy let me leave. I'm used to feeling trapped by most car sales men. Rudy did not keep my driver's license or back me into a corner or bring in 3 other sales men to try to keep me at the dealership. I was very pleased. 2 days later I went back to the dealership, having taken my time to make a decision. Rudy helped me find the perfect vehicle for my family. He was even very patient with me while I took 20 minutes to decide what color interior that I wanted. As far as the price goes... No one ever "wants" to pay all this money for something, but I know that for the car I purchased, a brand new 2014 Kia Optima, I got a really great price. A price that I was comfortable with. Thank you Rudy for all your help and patience.

A Step Above the Rest
First let me say I have bought a few cars (both used & new) in my day; so this definitely was not my first time! Working with Peter Thomas at Royal was a great experience. Like most folks today I did my homework before driving two hours to the dealership and found no surprises when I got there! Vehicle was exactly what was shown on cars.com ... Financing process went well. Thanks Peter & team we love our new 2007 Aspen!

All Kia employees were attentive and courteous, providing immediate service as I was exploring Kia cars for the first time. I needed a roomy, comfortable sedan with trunk large enough to carry an electric scooter. I have two family members with disabilities and needed to assure that the car I selected would accommodate them confortably. Dan Ivey was the salesman that I met with and he was most generous with his time and especially attentive to my needs. I purchased a 2011 KIA Optima and am very happy with it, as are all family members.

From my first telephone conversation with Oscar Delgado inquiring about purchasing a vehicle until I met him in person at the Royal Kia dealership, I felt Oscar responded very professionally and politely. He listened to my requests and answered all of my questions thoroughly and promptly. I asked him to contact me by e-mail rather than by telephone during my work hours and he did. He even offered to drive the vehicle I was interested in purchasing to my office for me to test drive. Oscar assured me he could get me financed and driving the vehicle I wanted. He didn’t give me the runaround or try to put me in a vehicle I wasn’t interested in. I was impressed by the fact he did exactly what he said he would do and very quickly. I purchased my vehicle last month from Oscar Delgado and so far, I am very happy and satisfied with it. I must say, it was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I felt at ease from the minute I walked into the Royal Kia dealership. Oscar greeted me with a huge smile, prepared and ready to sell me the vehicle that was going to make me content and happy. He had a fun personality and I was pleased to meet and deal with him. The staff, including the service department is also courteous. It was an absolute pleasure to purchase my vehicle from Oscar Delgado at Royal Kia. I will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

I first went to Royal with not much idea of what I was looking for, I was a first time car buyer in a rough situation. My parents had taken me since they were return customers to the same dealership. I met Dan and his associate Joe who both worked really hard to help me get a working car that met my needs both mechanically and financially. As things go there were complications along the way. But every time we hit an obstacle Dan and Joe were both more than happy to work with me and help find a way to make everything work, all while still getting me a good deal. Getting this car has done more than help me have transportation and I have Dan and Joe to thank for that. They were efficient and friendly and always happy to help. I will definitely be going back to Royal for their help with my next car.

Being handicapped and dealing with a new issue, of not...
Being handicapped and dealing with a new issue, of not walking to well. I called Royal Kia and was directed to Lu Fragazo. I explained to him that I was interested in, a newer, lower mileage Kia Sorento. That's all it took. Lu was right on it, he was so very pleasant and helpful. He called me and emailed me many different options. By the time I was ready to go my husband was on vacation and he was patient until he returned. When we went to look/purchase a car, Lu was leaving for vacation, we were introduced to Joe S. the Sales Manager and Paul Juell. They took over seamlessly, and we finished the deal without Lu. I was so surprised at the end when I received the most gorgeous dozen of red roses. What a beautiful way to end a car deal! Lu, Paul & Joe were very helpful. We got exactly what we wanted and could afford. One very happy new Kia owner. You can't go wrong with Royal Kia on Speedway!
