I left medication in the rental car they gave me. I called and asked if they could send it to me since I live about 45 minutes away. Next thing I know they knocked on my door. They had hand delivered my medication. Now that’s outstanding customer service!

Great service visit! Dealership is always efficient, competent, courteous! But most of all, the communication to the customer during the visit is very much appreciated. You know what is going on at every stage. Waiting room accommodations allow you to work or relax AND the refreshments aren’t bad either!. Thank you very much!

Peninsula Subaru covers all the bases when it comes to great service. When I bring them my 2016 Outback I know it's going to get a thorough going over. My personal service writer, Gage, communicates well and quite often. When the car is ready he has searched any discounts that may have been available and automatically deletes them from my bill. I would recommend Peninsula Subaru to anyone interested in owning one of the most reliable automobiles on the road today!

Everyone in sales, service and parts were very
Everyone in sales, service and parts were very synergistic in helping us purchase a used vehicle. Even items that were not functioning properly with the Crosstrek were ultimately fixed by sales/service. Only difficulty was communication within the service department. Several requests to return our call were agnored. This was discussed with the service manager and he indicated he would resolve the issue.

I needed to replace my rear brakes and they were able to
I needed to replace my rear brakes and they were able to efficiently replace them. The issue was identify a week earlier during routine maintenance. I able to quickly schedule this maintenance and fix the issue.
