Well when I initially took delivery of the vehicle there Were dead bugs still stuck on the front bumper that were never washed off. The vehicle was not cleaned properly. Then my salesperson didn't follow up with me end the issues that I wanted to get addressed Within the thirty days of ownership. It was three days passed the thirty days when I was finally able to bring you back to the dealership. Salesperson told me that the order was expired.After 30 days. And made no effort to find any kind of resolution. I ended up booking an appointment through the service department to have the seat addressed and the recalibration of my sensors. Was not able to get the cracked corner on the driver's side dashboard and the worn out driver's seat bottom

I have bought 25 or 30 cars in my lifetime and I’ve bought three from Carmax. By far and away the best way to buy a car, especially if you have a trade-in.. None of the xxxxxxxx that you get from every other dealer on the planet.
