Kala was wonderful to deal with, not your typical car dealership, no pushy sales people to worry about, didn't bother me when I called to ask if car was available. Made arrangements to go look at the 2017 Ford Explorer on a Saturday, never thinking I was going to be driving it home that day but I did. I went to lunch with my step mom and paperwork was ready when I came back for me to sign. Kala also helped me get the car seats our of my old car and put in my new car. The car has an A/C issue right now but again Kala is handling it all for me, all I need to do is drop it off and pick it up. Was very happy with the entire process. A+ for sure.

Kala was very nice and helpful in showing me preliminary numbers so I could judge my finances. Their offer was fair and I did not purchase since I was not ready. However, the van I was looking at was very favorable and I think I would have had a good deal if I was ready to buy.
