Immediate problems with new purchase and dismissed by
Immediate problems with new purchase and dismissed by service as bad gas. Requested a fuel sample the 3rd time bad gas was said to be the cause and the fuel sample was lost by the time I picked up my car. Problems still persist. Brought vehicle in for another check engine light and I was told there were no codes asked if I was confused between the check engine light and a tire pressure light. It was an EVAP code just like I said. Car is garbage. Service is worse.

My experience with the Volkswagen dealership on Tyndall
My experience with the Volkswagen dealership on Tyndall Parkway and Transmitter was wonderful. The employees were all pleasant and welcoming. The sales consultant Carl Canziani who worked with me was knowledgeable and made the purchasing process so easy and enjoyable. Steve McCloud in finance was organized and ready for me to sign the papers to complete the purchase quickly. I will highly recommend this dealership to family and friends with no hesitations and I will return if I need another vehicle in the future.
