2018 Ford Explorer XLT

Bill Lasseter did an excellent job. I wish I could have afforded a Limited Explorer but alas!!! :-)

Service 05/2018

Made an appointment as a returning customer for 915am. At 1000am my car still had not been taken for service. When all I did was question when my car would be serviced in a very calm matter, I felt attacked at how they responsed to me saying they were waiting for a bay to open because they were behind schedule. I responded that I was not upset, it just would have been nice to have been informed of that when I checked in my vehicle. I thanked the gentleman working the desk and he had no response for me other than a bothered look on his face.

Very satisfied customer, we will be back!

Our salesman, Solomon was great. Said what he would do for us and followed through on everything. He made our experience very positive and the others at the dealership we’re just as nice.

Great experience at the service dept.

Jennifer was the one who helped me in the service dept. She was kind, considerate, and professional. I greatly enjoyed talking with her. My first choice in dealerships is Starling. If I can’t find what I need, I’ll come to Jarrett in hopes that all staff is as helpful as Jennifer. Jarrett is lucky to have her.

Service

Always a professional experience. I have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership. My salesperson is great and knowledgeable but the time it takes from decision to buy and the final paperwork I a little lengthy. The service department and waiting area is amazing.
