Steve from Gaylord Leasing was recommended to me by my son who had purchased a vehicle back in September. Process was smooth. No pressure to purchase the vehicle like you typically get at an auto dealer. Steve had me test drive 2 vehicles and let me make the decision without any pressure. Steve took his time explaining all the bells and whistles on the Volvo I purchased. He even made sure the tank was full. It was a pleasure to work with Steve and I would use Gaylord leasing again if I ever wanted to purchase another vehicle. Steve returned my call as soon as I sent in a request for the car I was interested in and met me at the Leasing Co at a time that was convenient for me

Ron was great! He returned my call on a Sunday when I didn't expect to hear back from anyone and remained flexible with my schedule to accommodate my hectic job. When I did arrive at the dealership I was instantly given attention and never sat around waiting the entire time. Within a couple hours I was out the door with a truck that I really wanted and a price that I thought was more than fair. I would send my own mother to buy a vehicle from these guys.

We bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee that had many more features at a lower price than any other dealerships we priced out (by a couple thousand). No dealership handling fees. Everyone was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable with our purchase. They even tinted our front windows and negotiated an interior repair that normally wouldn't have been covered over the standard warranty on the car. I was very sentimentally attached to my trade-in vehicle and they even promised me that they would find it a good new home. We will definitely use them for future purchases and recommend them to friends and family.
