I have brought a car on July 2019 from Burlington Kia a Dodge Journey 2016. I have not been able to drive or operate the Vehicle since then. I am a HR rep who staffs over three hospitals and due to the pandemic I need an operating car to make sure I get back and forth to work. They are not willing to fix it or trade in my car. They have the worst customer service. The managers and service techs keep on hanging up on me. They have no since or pride for their country or essential employees. Do not buy any cars from them they are worst than a buy here pay here company.
