Great place to buy a vehicle

Burlington Kia handled my new car purchase so smoothly during this very difficult time with the virus. They made sure that my safety was most most important while selling me a beautiful car with absolutely no hassles. Showroom was beautiful. Brian the salesman and Dane the sales manager were top notched

Exceptional Buying Experience

Nate and Jean Claude worked with us on our purchase last week and I found them both to be highly professional, caring and warm individuals who goes above and beyond to give their customers the best experience in buying a car as possible. This is the second purchase I have made at this particular dealership in the past year and I will continue to buy from Burlington Kia and highly recommend them to anyone in need of a new and or used vehicle.

Kia Telluride

I purchased a Kia Telluride on Jan. 11 after 2 visits. Each visit i was heartily greeted by Jean-Claude. Both times i was assisted by Brian B who seemed very interested in making the sale. He was very knowledgeable about the Telluride. Upon making the purchase, I worked hard with Dane in coming to a good negotiated sale price. Brian stayed later than closing hours to secure the purchase, however this meant i was not able to have the car filled with gas or get detailed. Brian told me to add $5 of gas to the tank, when i left on Saturday, noting he'd pay for it, so i add $5 on the way home. Sunday morning i woke to take my child to basketball to find that the car wouldn't start, after calling Brian (who never responded) i made arrangements to get my child to the game and then to get a gas can, funnel and $20 of gas to put in the car. Monday i arrived at Kia to get the servicing done and fill up complete, at which point Brian apologized for not getting back to me sooner. I'm very happy with the car, and in dealing with Dane and Jean-Claude, but will be very reluctant to recommend Brian.

First time ever spending less than 5 hrs in a dealership. Nate was very patience, honest, and a pleasure to work with. I will be tell all my friends to come and see Nate.

The staff performance at burlington KIA are all great people who do a great job, most especially to "Brad" my salesman. I had a phenomenon encounter n experience all in one package which I was enthused with the car they got me leaving with not to talk of their professionalism. So far so good driving my KIA forte 2020 n thank you.

From the first minute we pulled in we were greeted with a warm smile and a friendly welcome from Diana Christina. We never felt so comfortable getting a new car and bringing back a lease. Dane DiPaolo was fantastic in getting us into the car we wanted at a price we could afford. Diana gave us her undivided attention and really made sure we understood all our options and how to use all the great things our new kia can do. Excellent experience! Would highly recommend Diana Christina and Dane DiPaola at Kia Burlington. We are loving our 2920 Kia Optima.

Our Salesman was Gary Abrams! Gary was very courteous...

Our Salesman was Gary Abrams! Gary was very courteous and accommodating. We wanted to trade in our 2017 Kia Optima lease and lease a 2020 Kia Sportage EX but unfortunately we had gone over our miles we owed too much and we couldn't afford a large downpayment and the large monthly payment. However Gary didn't want us to get in deeper with our milage overage so he suggested that we could go with a cheaper model of the Sportage or we could pay off our lease to own our vehicle and get out from under the mileage fees so we decided to buy off the lease. Gary also wanted to show me a feature on our 2017 Kia Optima that we never used. We were not aware of the ease of this feature and how helpful this feature was! Throughout this whole process Gary treated us very kindly and although we didn't leave with a new vehicle we left owning our vehicle that we only were going to trade In for a new vehicle because we were over our mileage! I feel that Gary really did his best to help us out! Also the gentleman who handled the finance end of our visit was very nice as well. I",m sorry that I don't remember his name.
