Ask for Diana! She listens, is patient and very knowledgeable about the models and trims and helped me purchase the best trim for my needs. I love my new car! While my paperwork was being processed Diana called my insurance company and had the policy switched to my new vehicle. I was really impressed with her customer service. The dealership is clean and spacious and everyone I met was polite and friendly.

This dealership was amazing. Everyone was nice and helpful, especially our dealer Brian Bonner. He explained everything very clearly so my husband and I understood our payments and the vehicle features. We didn't expect to leave with a new car, however we were given an amazing dealer and were so happy with the service. Brian gave us a tour and we were very impressed with the service department. Brian showed us different models of vehicles and explained all the differences in features. On our test drive he went over all the vehicle features. By the time we took the car home, I was very familiar with the layout. We were there for quite a bit of time but Brian was very patient and courteous the entire time. We had been to a few other dealerships previously but never experienced service like we did at Burlington Kia. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends and co-workers.

We were looking to trade our automobile and stopped by to see how the Kia's have changed. We had a Sedona years ago and were very happy with it. Our sales representative Diana Christina was excellent & very helpful. She knew the details of the car we purchased and had a pleasant personality and easy going. I would recommend her & she deserves an increase. We are very happy with our Sorento.
