Amazingly easy
We came from the Rockford area to see a used vehicle with no pictures just a description from the salesman, Steve. When we arrived the truck was on excellent condition, just as described, and their price was very competitive compared to other dealers. They low balled the trade in value at first but ended up right where we needed them to be in the end without changing the agreed price of the truck. Financing was easy and no pressure to buy an expensive extended warranty.

Easiest transaction and best salesmen ever dealt with
Came in for trade in. Bad credit, old car 11 yrs old and horrible history with mechanical problems. George ran my credit, was honest with me showed me figures and was out of there in less than 3 hrs w a new car. Amazing experience and very happy with my new purchase.
