No accommodating to my needs. My transmission was bad and was covered under warranty. I didn't feel safe driving it in this condition and was told I had to as there were no loaner vehicles available and then was given a kid soul as oppose to a vehicle the same size as my Sorento for a week which did not accommodate my family's need.

Everyone is amazing! Last visit I got an oil change and tires rotated and it took about 2 hours to be completed though. I wish I had known it was going to take this long, I wouldn't have waited at the dealership.

I prefer a one on one with their manager! Took advantage of us because we're older. However, they definitely picked the wrong people. Great staff…everyone was friendly and helpful without making us feel pressured. The only thing I would have changed is to have been handed the financial paperwork and given a few minutes on my own to review it. I don’t like people talking me through every line. I assume that isn’t the case with most folks, so I understand why it was done the way it was.
