Please read their reviews throughly. I wish I would have before I purchased the vehicle. The GM was rude from the first time he talked to us. Made a deal that wasnt kept until we went back and forth almost an entire day. Finally, agreed to the deal. Took my car in to get the issue fixed at their cost. They had my vehicle for two weeks. When I got the vehicle back it had numerous scratches all over the car that wasnt there before. Rod said they were and said the picture he had shows that but sent me pics that he took with his phone on the monitor. Asked to send me the originals. Didn't want to do that.told me to stop contacting his store. He was gonna get me for harassment. My vehicle was damaged, they fixed the problem I had but sent me back with all the scratches and other things are now wrong with the vehicle. Someone was joy riding it using ally gas messed up the car. I didnt want them to fix it because it was just gonna come back with more issues. He should ahve just looked into and seen who took car off the lost and who and when the damages happend. I would have never purchased the vehicle if it looked the way it did when I picked it up. They are shady as xxxx there. Dont purchase your vehicle from them.

I have good credit and a good trade in. I told them repeatedly that I didn't want to put anything down. Jesse went back to see if he could get the monthly payment I was looking for. He came back and said, "I got it for a dollar less that what you wanted". I said "really?... no down payment, taxes covered, 2 year warranty?" He said yes. He said sign the offer here. At the bottom of the page, below the signature was "$1000 down". I said, "What is that?" he replied "That isn't you, it's something else. Sign up here". After the paperwork was all signed and my trade in was signed over to them he hits me with "How do you want to pay that $1000?". I laughed and said, "What $1000?". He said, "The $1000 you agreed to pay". I laughed. He said, "you signed the documents". I said "wow, that's what I get"... and gave him my bank card. The next day they were open I called and asked for the owner/manager. I finally get him after four hours and three calls. He said, "You could have not paid the $1000". I said "I already signed the papers and signed over the trade in. I didn't have a choice". He argued with me about how I did, but they sure gave me a different impression at the time. I asked for the money back in good faith, he said no. I asked if I could bring the car back, he said no. These people will now lose the business of any person I talk to and hopefully anyone that reads this review... all because they wanted to lie and screw someone out of $1000. Stay away from these guys. They are trouble.

I was communicating with Jacob regarding a Tesla Model 3
I was communicating with Jacob regarding a Tesla Model 3 in their inventory. I notified him I would be able to drive up to Longmont to see the car, gave him an updated estimated time of arrival. Jacob had replied, “Awesome, see you then!” When I arrived Jacob wasn’t there, it was his day off. Nobody knew I was coming. I was pawned off on a new guy who, although friendly, was clearly new to the organization and hadnt received much training. He and I combed the lot looking for the car, only to find it on the far end of the holding lot. The car was dirty, and had a 0% charge. I was told that I wouldn’t be able to test drive the car until we had a deal. I mentioned I’d like to send the car to Tesla to test the battery and have it inspected and was told I wouldn’t be allowed to do so because parts get stolen off of cars at other mechanics shops. This place is a joke! It’s obvious the car didnt undergo any reconditioning as there were surface scrapes in the paint on the passenger side, both passenger side wheels had curb rash and both rocker panels had scrapes on them. It was apparent the front bumper cover had been replaced as well. I left the dealership disappointed and somewhat irked that I wasted time and gas going 70+ miles roundtrip for absolutely nothing. Did Jacob follow up, NO. I then decided to send an email to the general manager, Mr. Contreras, regarding my experience thinking I’d give the dealership the benefit of the doubt. Do you think I got a response? NO. Not to mention the vehicle is over-priced as it is. While I was sitting in the vehicle and thumbing through the info screen I noticed the vehicle had not been charged at charging station since October of last year… it’s now May. Please be very cautious with buying anything from this dealership. Their sales protocol obviously needs improvement as does their process for reconditioning their vehicles as well as their pricing model.
