I own a 2018 SQ5 with approx 109k miles. After being advised the engine required replacement, I authorized the repair, which was completed at a cost of $14,000. Upon picking up the vehicle, the coolant warning light came on during the test drive. The shop replaced the coolant reservoir, but the warning returned immediately when I picked it up again. I was then advised that the light had not appeared during their testing and that I could continue driving if I monitored the gauges. Given the extent of the repair, I do not feel this is an acceptable solution. Additionally, I reported engine oil overheating, but I have not received any response in the weeks since. For the cost of the repair, I expected clearer communication and resolution of these issues. I can only imagine no answer is because he is tired of lying to me and likely attempted to clear codes each time I went to pick up the vehicle.

We've used HMI for several years for all our service needs, (including my Porsche) and can't be more satisfied with the quality of work, attention to detail, and the courtesy and knowledge of Chris, and his very capable staff. We recently asked Jenna to search for the perfect Mercedes... low mileage, excellent condition, color, accessories, etc. She went beyond our expectations, and found our perfect dream car. My wife smiles every time she gets in it!

My husband and I have bought our vehicles from HMI since they opened! We enjoy working with Chris and Jenna. They make choosing and purchasing a vehicle easy because of their attention to detail and family oriented customer service approach. We will continue to shop at HMI even though we must travel 1 1/2 hours to get there!
