I would like to recommend anyone who is in the market and is looking to purchase a quality vehicle to come to Direct Auto Exchange. Their customer service were great and they got me in and out in no time. They helped me to accomplish a comfortable payment with my credit not being the best with no cash out of pocket with just my trade in. I feel they were fair on price and what they gave for my trade in. What i really liked the most about them was, I spoke to Justin over the phone and explained my credit situation which he stilled asked that i'd come into the dealership so that he could help me. Also during that conversation he said that his goal was to try and get me into the vehicle of my choice and that he would assure me that his supervisor Tyrone would also help him to accomplish that. Overall I am a very pleased with the customer service. I got the vehicle of my dreams which was a 2011 Nissan Maxima, again i would advice anyone to go see those guys they are awesome!

I did a finance app online for this dealership and...
I did a finance app online for this dealership and received a call from the receptionist. She spoke with me, verified my financial information that I entered online, asked what I was looking for, how much I wanted to spend, how much I had for a down payment, etc. I also explained to her that I was just discharged from bankrutcy and she stated that wouldn't be a problem because, "We work with ALL credit types." I thought, Great! I make an appointment for a couple days later to swing by there and meet with someone by the name of Tyrone. My appointment was scheduled for 6:15pm on a Friday. I get there and was told that Tyrone would be with me shortly. 45 minutes later I'm still waiting. Finally another sales guy approaches me and asks me to come with him. We have a seat at his desk and he tells me, "We didn't even run your credit because with your bankruptcy being so recent I doubt we will be able to get you financed. Are you able to put down an extra $500?" I was thrown for a loop. So you can't get me financed because my bankruptcy is too recent but can I put down an extra $500? None of what he was saying made sense so what I took away from the experience was they were full of crap! If they needed me to put down more money that should of been stated up front, no biggie, but to tell me you can't get me financed and then ask for more down made me wonder. Another thing that pissed me off was they made me sit and wait for 45 minutes to tell me this instead of calling me back after all my info was verified and I still have not met Tyrone. If you're looking to buy a car go anywhere but here. SERIOUSLY!

I worked with this dealership for 2 1/2 weeks & it was the worst experience I've had towards purchasing a car. They were very unprofessional. My personal information was confused with another customer's information which led to me being given over 5 different deals for the same car. When in the office, I was shelved as I sat & watched other customers, who had arrived after me, being treated with the service I deserved. I requested to speak with the business manager & was put on hold for upwards of 10 mins, hung up on, & told lies in order to get me off the phone. Numerous times I was told the office manager was pissed or too overwhelmed with other customers to deal with me. Again, this was the worst car buying experience ever. I wouldn't recommend them if they were the last dealership in Tallahassee. If they have a vehicle you like, find it somwhere else to save yourself the hassle, aggravation, time of your life wasted, & unprofessionalism that this dealership seems to specialize in.

The experience with direct auto was awesome from the time I stepped on the lot to the time I drove off with my vehicle of choice. The staff was courteous and kept me informed of the process. Justin and Tyrone was straight forward concerning my credit and was willing to do all possible to make my deal possible. Great job!
