I called about a car I saw online and was directed to the salesman Joe Sirna. I knew right away I was going to have a great experience. Joe was friendly and professional without giving me the typical hard sell. Needless to say I purchased the car from him. Partially because I liked the car but mostly because I liked Joe so much. Quick shout out to Jeremy who helped with my paperwork and Isiah who did my Audi Connect. Awesome team!

Wow! Andrew is a delight to work with - super organized, prompt and very much on top of communication. He shared all the info in record time, made a video of the car for an out of state purchase and even pointed out super small things such as a scruff mark or scratch. Wow! Second vehicle purchased from Audi Henderson. Same salesman/salesfriend, Mr Ben Ward. Simply put: Product knowledge 10, Attention to detail/us 10, No slick talk 10, Ben Ward, "i need a new car same model as before. Gave me choices an we picked one. Ben Ward, "ok, I will put some #'s together". My number is ### per month. Ben, "ok i will see you in the morning" side note this was Friday late in front of my home with the vehicle in question. OK Ben see you then. Sat morning wife's new A3 sitting amongst a few Lambos ready to go. Finance time, monthly payment is, wait for it.. Exactly what I expressed i needed it to be! I expected different. Mr. Ben Ward no nonsense professional. We enjoyed the experience of adding a new car payment to our account even when we didn't want to do such a thing. Another story. Side Note, we decided to test drive the car this time. We did so with full confidence it would not be eventful and it wasn't. btw The test drive took longer then anyother part of the buying process.
