Elio Coventry met us as we walked into West Herr Toyota. Thus began a very pleasant buying experience. Elio listened to our ideas to save money on gas and trade in our fourteen year old Mercedes. We had spent $4,400 on premium gasoline for our Mercedes in 2012, which was difficult on our fixed retirement income. Elio guided us to look at the Prius. We needed cargo space to replace that of our ML-320 Mercedes and most Prius we saw looked small. He pulled up a 2013 Prius v Five in Sea Glass Pearl. After our test drive and demonstration by Elio, we bought it on the spot. They gave us a generous trade in for our 231,000 mile Mercedes. Today, we went birding in Canada driving about 100 miles and got 48.4 mpg for an average of 42.4 mpg for the week. We are saving the excess money to go to Florida next year. Be sure to ask for Elio.

My husband bought me a 2013 Scion FR-S and it was a complete surprise! He told me we were picking up friends at the airport and pulled into West Herr Toyota. When I arrived a red FR-S was sitting up front with balloons and a white bow on the head. The salesman, Jon Simonin, tells me "what would you say if i told you Andy bought you this beautiful car? Congratulations!" I cried. The car is awesome!
