Russ Darrow Kia of Wauwatosa

My experience at Russ Darrow Kia in Wauwatosa was awesome. My sales rep, Valencia, was very helpful, patient and friendly. She answered all my questions and made sure I walked away a happy customer. We purchased a 2017 Sorento in June 2019, but want to (finally) applaud Russ Darrow - and Josh (sales) for our purchasing experience. We were test driving Sorentos around Milwaukee until Russ Darrow had a nice vehicle and we met Josh. We looked no further and have been satisfied ever since. Josh researched and answered our constant questions, worked in good value of our trade-in, went out of his way to accommodate us in the final details of the sale and was always friendly along the way. Russ Darrow Kia Wauwatosa will be our first (only?) stop when we seek a newer Kia to replace our 2007 Spectra. Josh was so great to work with, he will be THE salesperson we approach when we are in the market again.

Great experience from the sales staff. Jerome and Mark made the buying part easy, informative and pleasant. Only hiccup was in the finance department. Lamont at first was friendly but his entire demeanor changed when I informed him I did not want to purchase any warranties. I understand this is likely a big part of his income but my wife and I felt he become cold. He stopped talking. It actually made us feel uncomfortable. Overall though good experience thanks to Jerome and his son.

I had an amazing experience and Jerome was delightful to work with! The team helped me with my situation that I didn’t even think it would be possible to do but they did! I definitely recommend to friends and family.

Ryan has always done a great job with me since 2012. He explains things and always understanding. At least when you call the service department you get someone to answer even if they put you on hold. Like the dealership.

Made an appointment go test drive on a Thursday afternoon for Friday am. When I got there the vehicle had been sold! A phone call would have saved me a 30 mile one way drive! Very disappointed!

super great experience, walked in thinking maybe i wouldnt get a car but walked out with one. Jerome was the best 100% staying with Russ Durrow Kia
