The staff was friendly and explained to me how the process would go. I waited in the lounge for my car to be serviced. I was told over the phone it would take no more than an hour and 30 minutes, including the complementary wash and vacuum but it actually took a little more than that even though I opted not to get it cleaned. Normally, I wouldn’t mind but I had another meeting to get to and was cutting it close. This was also a bit concerning because I didn’t feel comfortable waiting so long in the lounge as it got more and more crowded. Again, typically this wouldn’t be an issue because I have ways to keep entertained/busy when I bring my car in so waiting is fine with me, but with COVID, it began to feel crowded having so many people in the waiting area. How busy it was would also explain why it took a longer for my car to be finished. Overall, I have no issues with this dealership and will definitely return.

Excellent service experience. Good communication, COVID protocols in place. Reasonable waiting time. My service was included with purchase, so now cost other than state inspection. Very happy

My wife and I went in prepared to spend a long time of back and forward and -let me see what I can do-s. Neil Peabody helped us find the car we were looking for quickly and answered every question. A week after, I got a faulty speaker fixed with Neil's help. Really glad we got to meet him and to get his help. John from financial services was also great to work with. Simply the best!!!

Another great service experience, starting with Tom, who kept me apprised of the progress of the service throughout the time. Also, I was told of a recall on a part which could be addressed while I was there, rather than having to make another visit . Ive had consistently great service in the years Ive been with this dealership! Everyone who works here is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and understanding of customers needs and respectful of their time. I wouldnt go anywhere else to purchase, lease, or service s vehicle.

I went in on a Wednesday night looking for a Volkswagen Cross Sport, and by Friday I was driving off the lot with my new car! Neil was so professional and down to earth, he was Straight to the point and got me exactly what I was looking for at a great price.
