Frank is why car salesmen have a bad reputation. He said yes to everything I said without listening to a word. He couldn't get anything I wanted straight. I wanted to buy an Audi, but he completely dropped the ball. He had quoted me a price one week and another the next week. So much time went by because I was waiting on call backs. I dealt with salesperson, John, for a hot second and never heard from him again. Frank was supposed to get back to me with pricing to match the price he had given earlier, which he had not written down. I never got anything in writing. He never called me back so I bought from another dealer. I have heard other similar stories where people on the Seacoast buy from non-local dealers because of Stratham Audi's less than stellar reputation. I had zero confidence in anything I was told. Why aren't things put in writing?

Repairs, an oil change, was good. But what was not good was the mechanic reset my dashboard display. I had speed(mph) displayed in the top panel. But it was changed to display the time of day, which I already have in another display. I want to see my speed digitally displayed like it was. I tried everything I could find on the steering wheel controls, but could not get it done and just gave up. I was not happy idling along and trying to fix it as I slowly rolled along. I must have tried 4 or 5 times. And the owner's manual pictures of the controls was not what I actually have.
