Honestly, couldn't have asked for a better experience at Audi Stratham. Frank and Chad made what could've been a stressful process feel totally manageable and exciting. They were patient, thorough, and genuinely focused on making sure I was happy every step of the way. No pressure, just a really solid car-buying experience. Very satisfied!

The entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. General Manager Frank McLaughlin and his sales team were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure everything went smoothly. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. They answered all of my questions, respected my time, and made sure I felt confident and excited about my purchase. Frank is why car salesmen have a bad reputation. He said yes to everything I said without listening to a word. He couldn't get anything I wanted straight. I wanted to buy an Audi, but he completely dropped the ball. He had quoted me a price one week and another the next week. So much time went by because I was waiting on call backs. I dealt with salesperson, John, for a hot second and never heard from him again. Frank was supposed to get back to me with pricing to match the price he had given earlier, which he had not written down. I never got anything in writing. He never called me back so I bought from another dealer. I have heard other similar stories where people on the Seacoast buy from non-local dealers because of Stratham Audi's less than stellar reputation. I had zero confidence in anything I was told. Why aren't things put in writing?

I was satisfied with dealership. The only improvement is the salesperson had a little more knowledge on the car I purchased, and showed me the service department.

Repairs, an oil change, was good. But what was not good was the mechanic reset my dashboard display. I had speed(mph) displayed in the top panel. But it was changed to display the time of day, which I already have in another display. I want to see my speed digitally displayed like it was. I tried everything I could find on the steering wheel controls, but could not get it done and just gave up. I was not happy idling along and trying to fix it as I slowly rolled along. I must have tried 4 or 5 times. And the owner's manual pictures of the controls was not what I actually have.

Jake in service was very attentive and kept me updated on the progress of my Audi Q5 repair via texts with videos showing what work needed to be done. I would highly recommend Audi Stratham service.

I recently purchased my second vehicle from Audi Stratham, this time working with Kyle Wood, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment I walked in the door, I was welcomed, offered coffee, and immediately asked how they could help. Within minutes, Kyle had three great options lined up based on what I was looking for, and I was already out on a test drive. The entire process was straightforward, transparent, and pressure-free. No games, no drawn-out back-and-forth. Kyle understood exactly where I needed to be, and we were aligned in under 10 minutes. When I came back the next day to pick up the car, it was clean, detailed, and ready to go right on time. Working with Anthony in the business department was like a well-oiled machine. I was in and out in under an hour, which even included a very thorough walkthrough of the vehicle’s technology and features. To put this in perspective — a family member of mine just bought a car elsewhere, and it’s been a week-long, frustrating process. My visits have always been well managed and customer-centered. I've learned repairs on EVs can take a little longer based on repair-tech availability. This repair took two weeks. But the availability of a courtesy car makes it painless.
