I was disrespected the moment I came In. Not only would they not honor their word on a deal they told me, they told me as a disabled customer to cancel my doctors appointment in order to make a deal with them today. Totally inappropriate and unprofessional. They refused to show me in writing the deal that they initially promised and kept trying to pressure me and waste my time. Both the finance manager, and sales people I dealt with (Nick and Jay) were very unprofessional and as someone who’s purchased a vehicle from this dealership before, it was a very awful experience.

I worked out a good deal with them on a very specific vehicle. When I arrived they said they sold the vehicle earlier. When showed the manager texts from earlier in the day confirming the car was available admitted they never had it. I did get a fair deal on a car that was not exactly what I wanted. Do I recommend Mossy Honda, maybe but you need to do your due diligence and be on your guard.

Purchased a used vehicle with my wife 6 months ago from Alejandro (Alex) and came back as we are planning for a third child and looking to replace our second car, a 3 row crossover, with a vehicle that has easier access to the third row (minivan). Our former salesman was out on medical leave but Cesar (CJ), Jeanette and a young salesman, forgot his name, stepped up and provided a wonderful experience. We did not end up purchasing the Odyssey as we were unable to come to terms on the Out the Door pricing but still enjoyed a wonderful few rounds of negotiations. As someone who has worked in many auto and power sports related industries before and through attending university, I am always impressed with Mossy’s professionalism, kindness and just general calm while putting up with my antics. My family highly recommends this dealer network. Also a shoutout to the service department that performed a service and recall fix on our previously purchased vehicle within a few hours on one of the days we were at the dealership negotiating. Thank you Bella and the service department.

I was charged $199 for diagnosing that the weather stripping on my windshield was causing a loud vibration noise. They wanted to charge an additional $489 to replace the stripping. No wonder dealerships have a bad rap. To charge $199 and not have to take anything apart is ridiculous: they drove my car around to figure out the noise. If anything, they should have applied that amount towards the repair.

We came into the dealership after having a bad experience somewhere else and honestly Aaron Jones completely turned things around. From the start he told me straight up that he was not going to waste my time or try to upsell me. He asked what cars I was considering and which colors and models I did NOT want then he explained the process clearly. He said he would take my down payment run my credit bring it to his manager and come back with real options with no games. That is exactly what he did. After submitting everything he came back with a 2024 Camry 7k miles that I got instantly approved for. We took it for a test drive I loved it and we signed the deal. Fast easy and zero hassle. Aaron kept it real and made the whole process smooth. I definitely recommend working with him.

Stay far away from Mossy. In my experience, this dealership engaged in practices I found misleading and frustrating. I was presented with thousands of dollars in additional “packages” labeled as standard and non-removable. These add-ons increased the price by over $3,000 and, in my opinion, offered little to no real value. When I questioned these charges, I felt the responses lacked transparency and fairness. My interactions with Mark Arrington were particularly disappointing—I personally found his approach to be aggressive, unclear, and unprofessional. Additionally, the financing options offered to me were at higher interest rates than those available through local credit unions such as MissionFed. Overall, I left feeling this dealership prioritized profit over the customer’s best interest. I recommend exploring other dealerships that are more transparent and respectful in their sales process.

The only down fall was they did not fill my gas tank. I know it is a used car but that really surprised me that they didn’t do that.
