Purchased used 2014 Lexus RX350 and had a great experience. Both Sales and finance guys were of great help and there was no pressure. In fact they let us go through all the inventory by our selves and provided all the information and answers. Spend 4 hours and finished the deal. Overall a great experience.

This dealership is a small family owned dealership, and had by far been the best dealership I have ever worked with. They were extremely fair and reasonable and met me at the price I wanted. They went out of their way to ensure that I was taken care of. Very friendly people, who care about their customers. A week or two before purchasing a car through 405 motors, I had almost bought a vehicle from a bigger Nissan dealership. Those Nissan guys were supposed to be 'non-commission' employees, to make the car buying experience low pressure.... well it was far from that. The staff at 405 motors truly make the car buying experience no pressure. The Nissan guys could definitely learn a thing or two from the people at 405 motors!

I went a few weeks ago to buy a new car and i was not impressed what so ever. Nobody greated me and told little to no info about the car I was wanting to purchase. I did a test drive and fell in love I decided to go ahead and purchase the car they did a test drive on my trade in and told me that it wasn't of any value to them what so ever but that's not what even bothered me it was more of the way I was talked to and just how awful the customer service was I cried my entire way home. The only thing I liked about this dealership was how nice all of their cars are but I will never go back

I went in with my 8 year old daughter, planning to just test drive a Nissan Leaf. I was very underwater on my current car, and my credit score was sagging from overindulging. I felt very welcomed, and was able to try out several cars. They worked with me to get me into the car I wanted. The car I got totally exceeded my expectations. My payments are VERY reasonable, and there was zero stress through the whole exchange. They even had free snacks for my daughter while we waited on paperwork.

Highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to purchase a good used car. I bought my first car from here a few months ago and I had a very good experience. I was able to walk the lot on my own and test drive a few cars on my own without feeling the pressure from a salesperson. They are a no haggle dealer which made purchasing the car even easier. Everything went smoothly and I couldn't be happier!

Been searching for this model vehicle for several months. Confirmed it was available. Drove to the location . People were relaxed, and no pressure . Test drove, decided to purchase. Transaction was smooth . The employees I spoke with were helpful and the price was in my budget parameters.
