We met Carl Ragsdale on our first visit to the dealership...we liked him a lot and began working with him to find the "car of our dreams"....after an extensive nationwide search for a 2016 Remington Red Sorento, we were not successful, but began working on ordering a 2017. It was a long three month wait, but the car was basically built to our specifications...Carl helped us every step of the way. Ryan was AWESOME! He showed me multiple cars and when I found the one I liked he rallied the troops to get it out of the small lot. It took 5 guys moving 7 different cars around to get it out to test drive?. But they did it with a smile? even in the rain. Thanks again Ryan I wasn't sure what car I wanted but you helped me narrow it down. The only downside was they could use some new chairs for customers to sit in when signing their documents. The ones in the finance office are lumpy and uncomfortable.

Brand spankin new 2017 Sorento SX AWD, we just love-it, the car is a dream to drive. Byron and the whole sales team were great to work with. We traded-in our 2013 Rio, so this was our second purchase, will keep coming back! Thanks everyone.
