John was personable and professional and never pressured me to make a deal. He remained patient as I went thru the decision making process returning 3 times to test drive the car before deciding to purchase. If there is ever another Subaru in my future I would return to John. When I arrived at the dealership on a late Friday night (the dealership was closed) to take the car home there was an issue with the car that I felt should not be driven until it was checked out by the service department. I texted John with a picture of the issue to let him know what was going on and to ask if the service department was open on Saturday. He told me it would be open. I got a text from John early Saturday morning telling me he told the service department about my issue and that I would be in later and who to see when I arrived. When I arrived the service department put me at the front of the line and looked over the car immediately. I was in and out in 30 minutes. The service advisor, Willie Orengo, told me he did not expect this issue to reoccur, but if it did over the weekend, to just bring the car back on Monday (no appointment needed) and see him. He said they would immediately look at the car. Pleased with both the service from John and the service department at Subaru of Kennesaw.
