I wanted to let it be known, that on May 14, 2025 I had
I wanted to let it be known, that on May 14, 2025 I had an appointment, (which was made over 30 days prior to the appointment date) to have my vehicle serviced. I usually drop off the vehicle the day before and if the mechanics are able to work on it early, it's there. However, when I go into the service department to drop it off, the young lady tells me there is an approximate wait of 10 DAYS to be put on the diagnostic machine and I told her it was the cooling sensor. Why wouldn't one person tell me that prior to my appointment? After all, I did confirm the appointment 30 days prior to having the appointment. How disappointing is this. We have just bought a new Carnival and I swear, if I had known I was going to receive such poor service, I would have went to Kia Country in Charleston. That's where I get the best service. It may be out of the way, but they are on point with their appointments and constantly are in touch. Stoke's Kia needs to be more productive in getting vehicles in and on time. If there's an issue, then call the person prior to the appointment. I was extremely disappointed in the service here. Can't say I'll have anything else worked on, except the oil changes in the Carnival because it's part of the lease. Good luck every one, hoping you'll take this review into consideration, prior to booking any appointments with them. Seems to me the new building is just too much for them to handle. Try keeping your customers happy. After all, we're the ones that keep you in business.

Never again will I purchase a Kia especially from the
Never again will I purchase a Kia especially from the Stokes Kia dealership. I made an appointment three and a half weeks ago for today to see why the check engine light won’t not go out. I was told that I had to leave the car for three to four days before the would have a service tech look at it. Are you kidding me!!! Was never told that when I made the appointment. Talk to the service mgr. and he could care less. I have bought four. Cars from that dealership and this is how I’m treated. They will not give you a loaner car either while yours is being serviced. Never again will I purchase a Kia especially from Stokes. I will be contacting the CEO of that dealership.

I have tried to trade my 2024 Kia forte but they said I
I have tried to trade my 2024 Kia forte but they said I would have to put down 3500 down they would not help me that car is a death trap I got hit twice someone hit me it was a hit and run and someone tried to break in that car I had to call the police and when you try to charge your phone it makes a burning smell so I had to surrender my car because Kia in goose Creek wouldn’t help me do not buy a car from them shame on Kia when I have brought all my Kia from them I will never go back to them

If you own a Kia optima hybrid do not take it to stokes
If you own a Kia optima hybrid do not take it to stokes Kia in goose creek,sc They have had my car for over 2 months. Called them to find out what’s going on and to get a price of what I owe service advise Josh ballet claims he can’t tell me anything until after the paperwork comes back. They suck, suck and I will never deal with them ever again😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 they are the worse.

I had the worst experience ever dealing with a dealer.
I had the worst experience ever dealing with a dealer. They were friendly as they were screwing me over on the repairs. They said all the wrong things to not only my insurance adjuster but the warranty company. Then after I told them that I wanted the parts ordered but the work not completed until I found who was paying for it, they did the work anyway. Then I found that I had to cover the cost, but at that point I had no option to see if I could get it done elsewhere. When I asked what they could do about helping me out on the $3800 cost he chuckled and said let me see what he could do. I didn't find it funny when all he could do was give me a 5% military discount. $3800 to repair a sunroof? Not replace it, just repair it. A new one doesn't cost that. What is even worse, was after being told we had to wait 3 weeks just to even bring it in, I was told they cant keep it onsite with it open as they could not store it inside. At that point only part of the frame was broke. As we drove it home I got a call from the advisor now telling me he needed it back so he could order parts. That was after a 45 minute drive in major traffic. we turned around and took it back AGAIN! As we are driving back the other side of the sunroof bracket broke and he even admitted to my Wife that he screwed up and shouldn't have had us driving with it as it damaged it more! I will never go back to a dealer I think acts like a cheat and scam artist. The insurance claim auditor actually called the 2 dealers in Columbia and explained the issue and they both commented it should have been covered. I even called my dealer up in Ohio that said they have no doubt it should have been covered. I am so upset, that while we are repeat customers, I cannot fathom buying another KIA where my main option for repairs is this dealer. I literally had bragged to another coworker before this that our past two KIA's has arguably been the best vehicles we have ever owned.
