Stokes Kia

I went in for one of my alignments (that I get for the life of the car, two a year) and after they finished, I had forgotten to get the tires rotated. I asked them to rotate the tires and they informed me about the timing belt scheduling. I knew I was overdue for a timing belt change. They were able to talk themselves down in pricing with coupons and specials. Not only that, but I was able to get the car back that day.

I really appreciate the service and attention we received at Stokes. This is our second Kia and still driving the first ! The service was great and the info we received was so helpful. our first xx up was awesome and no chg that is even better. I will always come to stokes as long as we are treated so well.

This store is amazing they are always friendly and prompt .. they are caring and will do anything to help u with any issues with ur car .. they are fast and do excellent work! Out of all the dealerships i have done business with in 15 years they are by far the best!

I am a repeat (3x) customer (purchaser) of Stokes KIA Goose Greek. Each time we have received top notch customer service from their sales representatives. This visit was for scheduled maintenance and the service department is a pleasure to deal with, as well. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The waiting room is comfortable and the coffee is always fresh. They always greet me with a smile and keep me updated on the progress during the service call. I could not be more pleased and will continue to frequent them for all my automotive needs.

When I have to visit the repair shop it is always a very nice place to wait (Clean and comfortable). They have Coffe available all the time. They have a table outside of the waiting room that is great for tablets/work while you wait. They were exceptionally quick Friday 13, 2013, I barley had enough time to eat my breakfast sandwich. The Service Reps are always very nice and polite which makes the experience more pleasent.

Visited dealer due to a tire warning light that would not go out. Dealer found that a nail in the tire was the cause and repaired the tire at no cost. Great dealership.
